Is Obama Regime Covering Up the Truth of MH17 Shootdown?

The pile of official lies about what really happened in Benghazi and what the NSA is really up to stacked up by the Obama administration and the State Department have already firmly established that this latest regime absolutely cannot be trusted to tell the truth and this is especially so when it comes to the disastrous foreign policy of the warfare state. What grows ever more apparent is that the Obama gangsters, in particular the warmongers over at the State Department are engaged in a serious cover-up over what really happened in regards to Malaysian Airlines MH17 that was shot down over Ukraine two weeks ago. The initial rush to pin the blame on reviled Obama nemesis Vladimir Putin sans any actual proof of Russian involvement was the greatest propaganda explosion that the world has seen since George W. Bush and Dick Cheney were "fixing the facts around the policy" in order to attack and invade Iraq under false pretenses back in 2003.  From the minute that I heard the news that the plane went down I knew that it would be used by Obama and his asinine embarrassment of a Secretary of State John "Skull and Bones" Kerry to trump up more of a case for their lunatic outburst of aggression at Putin and I was not disappointed.

It seemed as though the narrative had already been established while MH17 was still falling from the air with the blame already being flushed throughout the electronic sewer system of the western media that it was indeed "Putin's Missile" that was responsible for the deaths of 298 civilians onboard the ill-fated flight. Media hysteria stoked world outrage in reckless rush to judgment in which it just seemed like the US leadership knew something that nobody else did - such as who was really behind it.We have seen this movie before with a lying, corrupt administration with the whoppers that were floated late last summer making a similar case for when Barry and the boys were itching to bomb Damascus over that sarin gas attack on those civilians in Ghouta.

To this day the culprits behind that sad incident remains unknown with the best bet being that it was a false flag event perpetrated by the Islamist extremists that the US and our partners the Saudis were funding (including cannibals) in order to justify a full scale war. A war that was preempted when Kerry had an outburst of his chronic diarrhea of the mouth and left an opening for Putin to sweep in to save the day by practicing the diplomacy that Uncle Scam can't be bothered with. This, along with the saving of former government contractor turned NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden from a lifetime stay at a US torture facility were both humiliating blows to the egos of the petulant narcissist Obama and as we now are being dragged into what could be World War III based on nothing but bullshit and distortion and the spreading of hate and fear by the pocket media it stuck in their craws.

But I digress.....

Probably my first thought about MH17 was - what in the hell was it doing flying over a war zone? After all, the anti-fascist, anti-austerity federalist fighters in the primarily Russian speaking east had shot down a number of Kiev junta planes already so why would a civilian airliner embark upon such an obviously risky flight path? There are stories that it was diverted and that the US backed coup regime in Kiev had been sending military planes to strike civilian areas hiding behind commercial aircraft for cover and then breaking off. I believed that the shootdown was highly likely the result of one of those battlefield accidents that so often occur during the fog of war. Or was it something much darker?

By Friday afternoon when I went to lunch at a local sports pub every television in the place (well over twenty of varying sizes) was broadcasting footage of the smoking ruins of MH17 and the search for bodies - it was all similar if not exactly the same feed although the TVs were all tuned to different networks. The propaganda effect of those early hours was nothing short of devastating, it reminded me of that looped CNN exclusive footage of the gas victims at Ghouta last summer that was shown over and over and over again to prep Americans for war. It was Saddam's soldiers pulling Kuwaiti babies out of incubators, it was the Tonkin Gulf Incident and the USS Maine and the Lusitania and the American war machine was revving up anew. John Kerry was a whirling dervish of bullshit appearing on all five major Sunday morning network "news" shows, hitting for the cycle for the first time since pushing the lies to justify the aborted war on Syria. Kerry touted indisputable proof that it was Putin who was behind it all, just as he did with Bashar al Assad yet the US government had nothing to offer up as actual evidence, no satellite imagery or smoking gun intercepted conversations from our global surveillance grid, only conjecture, hearsay and unconfirmed social media clips that were later proved to be doctored.

By the Monday after MH17 went down, the story was already falling apart despite Kerry's latest indisputable proof and the admission came out that "Senior U.S. intelligence officials say they have no evidence of direct Russian government involvement in the shooting down of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17" and that the plane was likely shot down as the result of a "mistake". However the continued provocation of Russia and Putin will continue as the corrupt state-corporate media is now selling the line that Russia "created the conditions" for the shootdown. But didn't the original coup d'etat run by Kerry's Assistant Secretary of State Victoria "Fuck the EU" Nuland (which obviously had to be signed off on by Obama) create "the conditions" by backing the overthrow of the democratically elected president of Ukraine in favor of an rancid assortment of US backed lickspittles the likes of former central banker Arseniy "Yats" Yatsenyuk and full-blown fascists and neo-Nazis, many of whom revered the former Nazi collaborator and mass murderer Stepan Bandera? Were it not for the coup there would have been no eastern rebellion to put down and more importantly no war zone for MH17 to be flying over in the first place.

To paraphrase Apocalypse Now's Captain Willard "the bullshit piles up so high in this place that you need wings to stay above it" and after State Department flacks Jen Psaki and the bumbling Marie Harf continued to provide nothing but the same lack of proof and "trust us" references to social media there were suddenly satellite images released showing Russian rocket fire into Ukraine. The question now is that if US satellites were able to pick up these images (which conjure up Saddam's mobile chemical weapons labs) then WHY are there no satellite images available of the direction of the missile that shot down MH17?

Yesterday, the group Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS) Posed the same question among others in an open letter to President Barack Obama. I excerpt from the letter at length which contaisn the questions that you can damned sure bet will never be asked by the corrupt state-corporate media that is covering Obama's ass on his latest pack of lies to start a war:

Russian tensions are building in a precarious way over Ukraine, and we are far from certain that your advisers fully appreciate the danger of escalation. The New York Times and other media outlets are treating sensitive issues in dispute as flat-fact, taking their cue from U.S. government sources.

Twelve days after the shoot-down of Malaysian Airlines Flight 17, your administration still has issued no coordinated intelligence assessment summarizing what evidence exists to determine who was responsible – much less to convincingly support repeated claims that the plane was downed by a Russian-supplied missile in the hands of Ukrainian separatists.

Your administration has not provided any satellite imagery showing that the separatists had such weaponry, and there are several other “dogs that have not barked.” Washington’s credibility, and your own, will continue to erode, should you be unwilling – or unable – to present more tangible evidence behind administration claims. In what follows, we put this in the perspective of former intelligence professionals with a cumulative total of 260 years in various parts of U.S. intelligence.

AND

We have always taken pride in not shooting from the hip, but rather in doing intelligence analysis that is evidence-based. The evidence released to date does not bear close scrutiny; it does not permit a judgment as to which side is lying about the shoot-down of Flight 17. Our entire professional experience would incline us to suspect the Russians – almost instinctively. Our more recent experience, particularly observing Secretary Kerry injudiciousness in latching onto one spurious report after another as “evidence,” has gone a long way toward balancing our earlier predispositions.

It seems that whenever Kerry does cite supposed “evidence” that can be checked – like the forged anti-Semitic fliers distributed in eastern Ukraine or the photos of alleged Russian special forces soldiers who allegedly slipped into Ukraine – the “proof” goes “poof” as Kerry once said in a different context. Still, these misrepresentations seem small peccadillos compared with bigger whoppers like the claim Kerry made on August 30, 2013, no fewer than 35 times, that “we know” the government of Bashar al-Assad was responsible for the chemical incidents near Damascus nine days before.

On September 3, 2013 – following your decision to call off the attack on Syria in order to await Congressional authorization – Kerry was still pushing for an attack in testimony before a thoroughly sympathetic Senate Foreign Affairs Committee. On the following day Kerry drew highly unusual personal criticism from President Putin, who said: “He is lying, and he knows he is lying. It is sad.”

Equally serious, during the first week of September 2013, as you and President Vladimir Putin were putting the final touches to the deal whereby Syrian chemical weapons would be given up for destruction, John Kerry said something that puzzles us to this day. On September 9, 2013, Kerry was in London, still promoting a U.S. attack on Syria for having crossed the “Red Line” you had set against Syria’s using chemical weapons.

At a formal press conference, Kerry abruptly dismissed the possibility that Bashar al-Assad would ever give up his chemical weapons, saying, “He isn’t about to do that; it can’t be done.” Just a few hours later, the Russians and Syrians announced Syria’s agreement to do precisely what Kerry had ruled out as impossible. You sent him back to Geneva to sign the agreement, and it was formally concluded on September 14.

Regarding the Malaysia Airlines shoot-down of July 17, we believe Kerry has typically rushed to judgment and that his incredible record for credibility poses a huge disadvantage in the diplomatic and propaganda maneuvering vis-a-vis Russia. We suggest you call a halt to this misbegotten “public diplomacy” offensive. If, however, you decide to press on anyway, we suggest you try to find a less tarnished statesman or woman.

AND

If the U.S. has more convincing evidence than what has so far been adduced concerning responsibility for shooting down Flight 17, we believe it would be best to find a way to make that intelligence public – even at the risk of compromising “sources and methods.” Moreover, we suggest you instruct your subordinates not to cheapen U.S. credibility by releasing key information via social media like Twitter and Facebook.

The reputation of the messenger for credibility is also key in this area of “public diplomacy.” As is by now clear to you, in our view Secretary Kerry is more liability than asset in this regard. Similarly, with regard to Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, his March 12, 2013 Congressional testimony under oath to what he later admitted were “clearly erroneous” things regarding NSA collection should disqualify him. Clapper should be kept at far remove from the Flight 17 affair.

What is needed, if you’ve got the goods, is an Interagency Intelligence Assessment – the genre used in the past to lay out the intelligence. We are hearing indirectly from some of our former colleagues that what Secretary Kerry is peddling does not square with the real intelligence. Such was the case late last August, when Kerry created a unique vehicle he called a “Government (not Intelligence) Assessment” blaming, with no verifiable evidence, Bashar al-Assad for the chemical attacks near Damascus, as honest intelligence analysts refused to go along and, instead, held their noses.

We believe you need to seek out honest intelligence analysts now and hear them out. Then, you may be persuaded to take steps to curb the risk that relations with Russia might escalate from “Cold War II” into an armed confrontation. In all candor, we see little reason to believe that Secretary Kerry and your other advisers appreciate the enormity of that danger.

The VIPS letter justifiably rips Kerry, quite possibly the worst US Secretary of State in the modern era but leaves Mr. Obama with some undeserved wiggle-room, what happened to Harry Truman's famous motto "the buck stops here" when it comes to the Commander in Chief?  Obama is responsible for this as much as he was responsible for Benghazi because it went down on his watch. Hell, if there actually was proof outside of the social media that the spokespeople for administration keep trying to sell there would have been an immediate mega-media event to present that very evidence of Putin's culpability to the entire world. There would have been satellite images and more yet Obama and his minions have absolutely nothing which not only strongly indicates some level of a cover-up but also knowledge that it was in fact the actions of the Ukraine junta in Kiev that was responsible for this heinous crime. For a man who only months ago was the golden boy of global finance mafia of the Empire "Yats" sure tendered his resignation in a hurry after MH17 and the current puppet leader of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko aka The Chocolate King would surely not even fart before clearing it with the US regime's permission. Can anyone say Operation Northwoods?

The Kiev junta had the motive and means to shoot down MH17 and the US establishment led by Kerry, Obama and Nuland had the ability to control the narrative through their propaganda machine lie factory. A propaganda machine that on a daily basis churns out proclamations by the post coup, US puppet government in Kiev as if they were holy writ. To believe the lies of the Obama government the devious Russian as are now using their rebel proxies to plant landmines around the crash site. This is very convenient for the US backed Nazis and the Poroshenko junta to prevent any sort of unbiased, independent investigation. Who benefits from this? I'll give you a hint, his initials are BHO.

It is also notable that the MH17 flight recorders were spirited away last week to the UK where the Norsefire government of the dastardly fascist David Cameron rules and will ensure that the actual content of the recordings will be cooked to a fine fricassee of bullshit by the time that they are officially released. The Brits are the willing lapdogs and co-conspirators of the US warfare state, we saw it when Tony Blair lied his ass off to provide cover for Bush's "Shock and Awe" attack on Iraq and with the integral role of GCHQ in the NSA Stasi's surveillance activities. And they will lie their asses off for Obama too.

Come on Mr. President, where are the satellite images of the missile that hit MH17 and the coordinates of where it came from? The world awaits and answer, just like they still are cooling their heels for a legitimate explanation of what really went down in Benghazi the night that Ambassador Stevens and those other Americans were murdered and really, would you really believe anything that a pathological liar like Obama would say anyway? Investigative journalist Seymour Hersh in his piece "The Red Line and the Ratline" wrote that what really was going on at the consulate an annex was an Iran-Contra style operation, the sleazy Darrell Issa won't touch this with a ten foot pole but that is why he is the chief inquisitor isn't it?

At the very least the Obama regime is covering up the ugly truth that their pet neo-Nazis in Ukraine went rogue and were responsible for the shooting down of MH17 which would put the blood on Obama's hands. But the bastard has become used to bathing in it so the truth may be far worse if there was US foreknowledge and those 298 people were sacrificed in the pursuit of a personal vendetta that dear leader has been nurturing against Putin over being punked last year. 

Kerry’s Heroes: The Looming Massacre in Ukraine

The latest US-EU-NATO Axis of Aggression trick in Ukraine is the western puppet of the coup regime, Arseniy "Yats" Yatsenyuk temporarily quelling the violence to conduct talks on what are being described as Moscow backed peace proposals as have been arranged by the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). This is however just another sham in that the results of Sunday's referendum conducted Sunday in the eastern region by anti-fascist, anti-austerity freedom fighters to establish the Donetsk People's Republic apart from the Kiev junta will not be invited to the talks. This appears for all intents and purposes to be just a brief retrenchment by the US installed occupying regime that displaced elected president Viktor Yanukovych to buy time until the May 25th elections that will exclude those whom neocon Victoria "Fuck the EU" Nuland denounces as "terrorists".

The level of investment by corrupt western interests, specifically American corporate interests in Ukraine has been out in the open although not in the US state-corporate media which is just an outlet for the lies of neoconservatives and their allies in the Obama administration. The announcement that Vice President Joe Biden's son R.Hunter Biden was just hired by Burisma Holdings, Ukraine's largest gas company makes it evident that the resources of the people who are the latest target of the Empire have already been sold off to the highest bidder. Having failed to this point to bait the reviled Russian leader Vladimir Putin into actually invading East Ukraine - after the failure to halt the loss of Crimea and the Russian naval base at the Black Sea port of Savastopol - and having likely suffered some degree of embarrassment in Europe over the vicious neo-Nazi pogrom in Odessa the interim "Yats" regime is just buying time and allowing things to slightly cool down. That however is not going to last and the carnage is soon to come.

The US Empire will not be denied in Ukraine and after the sham election on May 25th - which will exclude those in the east that have risen up against western backed fascism the dogs will be loosed again and will include corporate mercenaries among the neo-Nazi militias and military forces of the then 'elected' government in Kiev. The US plan doesn't change very much at least in the original concept of ethnic cleansing, murder and ostracism that was long ago perfected with Manifest Destiny leading to the routing of the indigenous occupants of America and John Wayne has been kicking ass and taking names ever since. The anti-fascists in east Ukraine are the new Indians and the meme in the run-up to May 25th seems to be using the propaganda machine to brand them as "those who use violence" which will justify the coming bloodletting when the next US-EU-NATO puppet is ensconced in the Kiev presidential palace. The new government will not be legitimate either in that the will of millions will be ignored which inevitably is leading to a civil war of the type that already has the blood barters salivating over profiteering from an increase in arms sales, Lockheed is one of them.

Once the time comes for the use of violence against dissidents the use of mercenaries will be integral, here had been early reports although unsubstantiated that the soldiers of fortune had already been operating in the area along with Pravy Sektor thugs given the aura of legitimacy of being deputized as national guardsmen. Last week the reportage of Der Spiegel broke the news that there were indeed approximately 400 such mercs already in country, allegedly from the U.S. firm Academi (formerly Blackwater) which is an indication of the escalation that is to come. The problem with the neoconservative plot in Ukraine has been that while the US so-called mainstream media continues to disseminate official lies the alternative media has been on the case in getting the truth out, often through writing about accounts provided from those on the ground. An interesting take on the mercenaries and the recklessness of the Nuland led operation is that the revelation that corporate mercenaries were killing civilians would blow the credibility of the US straight to hell - not that any is left.

I excerpt the following from the official propaganda organ Stars and Stripes story entitled "Rumors of American mercenaries in Ukraine spread to Germany":

 In eastern Ukraine, among pro-Russian separatists, the notion that elite American fighters are prowling the backroads and slag heaps of their region is oft-repeated. After first surfacing in March, the rumors sounded like the sort of paranoid fantasies created in a war zone where anti-Americanism is rampant.

But now the rumors are being repeated in Germany’s capital — and resonating. That alone may count as a victory for Russian propagandists, even if there are no American mercenaries. The White House says there are not.

Bild am Sonntag, a tabloidlike newspaper that occasionally breaks major stories on the German government, is reporting that German intelligence has told Chancellor Angela Merkel’s office that it had unconfirmed reports that 400 Americans appear to be aiding the interim Ukrainian government in its fight against pro-Russian separatists. According to Bild, the German intelligence agency cited U.S. intelligence officials as its source.

The report, which appeared Sunday, has since been repeated by many German news outlets. The allegation that the information was presented to the chancellor’s office in a weekly briefing in April lends it gravitas. That such reports in Bild on more than one occasion have proved true enhances its credibility. The chancellor’s office and the German intelligence service have declined to either confirm or deny, a development that leaves an atmosphere of doubt in a country where tensions are rife about just how angry Germany should be at Russia’s actions in Ukraine — fueled in no small part by German reliance on Russian natural gas and oil and the extensive business ties between the two nations.

“We’ve told Bild and other outlets that these stories are nonsense,” Caitlin Hayden, the national security spokeswoman for the White House, said Wednesday. “The company in question has been on record denying it for almost two months.” [Who in the hell would believe the White House a collection of war criminals and pathological liars if there ever were one]

AND 

Suddeutsche Zeitung columnist Hubert Wetzel on Wednesday described the rumors as potentially devastating for the Western cause in Ukraine. His column made a point of noting that even the report of the report to the chancellor’s office was still a rumor. But he noted that if confirmed, it would damage the Western claim to the moral high ground in this conflict. [What moral high ground?]

 “Nothing would rock the credibility of Europeans and Americans more than a confirmation of the news that American mercenaries are working for the Ukrainian government. For Moscow, this would be a priceless propaganda victory where the West would appear morally naked. As naked as Moscow is now.”

Morally naked is a great bumper sticker term indeed as the Emperor has had no clothes for a damned long time now and this escapade of regime change in Ukraine is just a bridge too far.

Neocons Squeal Like Stuck Pigs Over Ukraine Referendum

You had to know that the neocons weren't going to go down easy after Sunday's overwhelming vote by anti-fascist, US-EU-NATO enforced austerity opponents in East Ukraine to reject the illegitimately installed puppet regime in Kiev. It is the utmost of irony in that the regime changers whose presence within the US corridors of power have eaten away at the foundations of American democracy like a colony of Formosan termites actually managed to bring "democracy" to Ukraine but in typical William Kristol style keening outrage are apoplectic that their will was rejected by the actual people who would be affected. The spreading of "democracy" - which when applied on foreign soil amounts to the spreading of fresh manure is the rallying cry for the chickenhawk squadrons as they pursue global US conquest at gunpoint. In the vision of our Founding Fathers one would think that today would be a proud moment when America actually practiced what she preached by seeing the victims of the red, white and blue jackboot rise up in unison to cast off the chains at the ballot boxes despite the presence of neo-Nazis and fascists using violence and voter suppression to prevent them from that God given right of self-determination.

Erupting from the roiling sewer of filth that is Foggy Bottom - home of the bumbling ass clown Skull and Bones alum that is John F. Kerry as well as Victoria "Fuck the EU" Nuland (aka Nudelman) - was a braying of outrage, whining, lies and propaganda that is the hallmark of sore losers. The State Department rapidly issued an official "press release" screed calling the anti-fascist referendum out as illegitimate - no mention to the cookie woman and the illegally installed "Yats" regime being such but that can be expected for an institution that has come to oppose any thing that represents morality and traditional American values:

As the United States has said, the referenda being planned for May 11 in portions of eastern Ukraine by armed separatist groups are illegal under Ukrainian law and are an attempt to create further division and disorder. If these referenda go forward, they will violate international law and the territorial integrity of Ukraine. The United States will not recognize the results of these illegal referenda.

In addition, we are disappointed that the Russian government has not used its influence to forestall these referenda since President Putin’s suggestion on May 7 that they be postponed, when he also claimed that Russian forces were pulling back from the Ukrainian border.

Unfortunately, we still see no Russian military movement away from the border, and today Kremlin-backed social media and news stations encouraged residents of eastern Ukraine to vote tomorrow, one even offering instructions for polling stations in Moscow. Russian state media also continue to strongly back the referenda with no mention of Putin’s call for postponement.

The focus of the international community must now be on supporting the Ukrainian government’s consistent efforts to hold a presidential election on May 25. International observers note that preparations for these elections are proceeding apace and in accordance with international standards, which will allow all Ukrainian people a voice in the future of their country. According to recent independent polls, a substantial majority of Ukrainians intend to vote on May 25. Any efforts to disrupt this democratic process will be seen clearly for what they are, attempts to deny the rights of Ukraine’s citizens to express their political will freely.

As President Obama and Chancellor Merkel stated on May 2, the Russian leadership must know that if it continues to destabilize eastern Ukraine and disrupt this month’s presidential election, we will move quickly to impose greater costs on Russia.

The Russian government can still choose to implement its Geneva commitments, as well as follow through on President Putin’s statement of May 7. We call on them to do so.

Totally laughable in that the now flogged to death fake devil that is Vladimir Putin has warned not to "disrupt" the upcoming presidential "election" which is an always has been a farce and a rigged game by the Empire. When you are choosing between such luminaries as the   "The Chocolate King" and the "Gas Princess" you are pretty well fucked but that just doesn't seem to resonate in a land where our fine and vaunted choices come November 2016 will in all probability be named Clinton and Bush. The Ukrainian people are not stupid enough to just sit back and get it rammed up their asses by two corrupt oligarchs working for the same interests like the sheep here in the land of the free and the home of the brave (ha ha ha - sardonic laughter). And as far as official US State Department statements, given the lunatics running the asylum charade under the 'leadership' of Kerry they are about as useful as kitty litter box liner.

Then there is the missing airplane network CNN dutifully parroting neocon propaganda as is typical with tales of voter fraud at the polls. One would think that after being humiliated over the imbecile responsible for posting that very telling graphic incorrectly showing that the geographic location of East Ukraine was in Pakistan that they would just stick to the panty-sniffing celebrity scandals and other tawdry sleaze but hey - it is America's NUMBER ONE name in news and serves as a testament to the triumph of the willfully ignorant. 

So we will continue to be fed bullshit biscuits by our corrupt, immoral war criminal leaders and their rotten to the core institutions as well as their bordering on parody media machine - how long will it take until Americans finally stand up on their own damned hind legs and bite back against their exploiters and oppressors just like the freedom loving people in East Ukraine are doing?

Preaching From the Propaganda Pulpit on Easter Sunday

Pope Francis made a plea for peace in Syria and Ukraine on Easter Sunday while the warmongers here in The Homeland took to the airwaves to sell the exactly the opposite message. You would think that the corrupt state-corporate media, the neocons and the American political class would at least honor those who wish to celebrate the Easter holiday in peace with their friends and family. In actuality, it is a great time to go on the air with dishonest interviews of characters of ill repute, peddle outrageous lies and reach the maximum desired audience so as to bring their horseshit to family dinners. Easter Sunday was no exception and the usual array of scum was present on the telescreens to preach their message of fear, loathing and vengeance. Shameful but that’s just the way that we roll in the smoking crater of what is left of America these days.

Appearing on NBC’s Meet the Press with the always slimy David Gregory was none other than the US installed Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk of the occupying coup government in Kiev. The neocon puppet “Yats” hit all of the talking points in a command performance on what is supposedly a holy day including the obviously faked leaflets distributed in Eastern Ukraine to force Jews to register.  This is a massive whopper that stinks of black propaganda and has already been discredited - outside of the pocket media that is. "Yats" also read all of his lines and delivered them with gusto when announcing the demonized and reviled Russian president Vladimir Putin's alleged moves to reconstruct the Soviet empire, it is the latest version of that restoration of the Islamic Caliphate what was used for so long to great effect to carry out the war on Muslims. 

The "exclusive" Gregory-Yats interview was more of the same crap that has been peddled to Boobus Americanus over the US instigated situation in Ukraine. I excerpt the following from the transcript (the entire thing is here):

DAVID GREGORY: The West including Ukraine, the United States, and Russia struck a deal to calm the violence in eastern Ukraine. What's it going to take for this deal to hold?

ARSENIY YATSENYUK: Well, much depends on the Russian Federation. As Russia triggered this violence and Russia supported these terrorists, and Russia was obliged to engineer a meeting to condemn terrorists and to condemn those so-called peaceful protesters with AK-74 in their hands, shooting into civilians and shooting into Ukrainian riot police. And if Russia pulls back its security forces and former K.G.B. agents, this would definitely calm down the situation and stabilize the situation in southern and eastern Ukraine.

DAVID GREGORY: When you hear President Vladimir Putin talk about Novorossiya, “New Russia,” where he talks about Ukraine being part of Russia, does that tell you that Putin will not stop until Ukraine is part of Russia?

ARSENIY YATSENYUK: President Putin has a dream to restore the Soviet Union. And every day, he goes further and further. And God knows where is the final destination. And he was very clear, saying this stuff in his state of the union two years ago. And I believe that you do remember his famous Munich speech saying that the biggest disaster of the former century is the collapse of the Soviet Union. I consider that the biggest disaster of this century would be the restoring of the Soviet Union under the auspices of President Putin.

DAVID GREGORY:Vice President Biden will be in Ukraine this coming week. My question to you, Prime Minister: Is Ukraine strong enough militarily to stop Russia in the east? If not, what specifically will you ask the Obama administration for? Do you need modern weaponry? Do you need advanced lethal weaponry to stop the Russians?

ARSENIY YATSENYUK: We need a strong and solid state. We need financial and economic support. We need to overhaul the Ukrainian military. We need to modernize our security and military forces. We need the real support. You know, it's easy to answer the question you just asked me. How can you stop the nuclear-powered state which is Russian Federation that spent billions of dollars to modernize their military instead of Ukraine? In the last four years, the former president, together with the Russian supporters, what they did, they just dismantled Ukrainian military and Ukrainian security forces. So we need to be in very good shape in order to stop Russia. And for this shape, we need to have and to get the real support from our Western partners.

DAVID GREGORY: So you need weapons?

ARSENIY YATSENYUK: We need financial, economic support. We need to modernize Ukrainian military and to overhaul all structures of Ukrainian defense system.

DAVID GREGORY: Final question. There have been ghastly reports coming out of eastern Ukraine this week about some kind of forces forcing Jews in the eastern part of the country to register with local authorities. What do you make of this? Are these accurate? Are Jews particularly at risk?

ARSENIY YATSENYUK: We got information that these so-called peaceful protesters with light ammunition in their hands, that they sent a number of bulletins saying that everyone who is a Jew to be indicated as a Jew. And today in the morning, I made a clear statement urged Ukrainian military and security forces and Ukrainian Department of Homeland Security urgently to find these bastards and to bring them to justice.

It’s even money that the “bastards” will be some patsies who get killed in a shootout with military or security forces with incriminating ‘ties’ to Putin and Russia. The reference to the “Ukranian Department of Homeland Security” may as well be to the Ukranian Gestapo – the term “Homeland” or “Heimat” is in its true European element rather than a disease that has taken root in America. 

The whole thing adds up to Americans being on the hook to engage in still more costly and dangerous foreign misadventures. With millions of our own citizens out of work, underemployed, homeless, all of the hungry children right here in the US, a financial system that is gamed to the hilt and markets that cannot function without the government propping them up, an outdated and decaying infrastructure and yet it is acceptable to send billions to an illegally installed government in Ukraine? David Gregory is set for life as are the political class and their media court jesters but it sends a very clear message to the rest of the population and that message is “Fuck You”.  Let them eat war and beg for seconds.

Nice country, cutting food stamps and unemployment benefits for those impoverished by a system hijacked by looters that have government protection while arming neo-Nazi militias. The Jew registration hoax has real legs and one could suspect that the timing of it was purposely planned to occur during the week of Easter and Passover.  Call it “Operation Easter Outrage” and that there is no caution other than the usual rush to judgment it is because it is known exactly where the leaflets came from and that it is a psychological operation that is targeting the American sheeple. The shameless opportunist Glenn Beck’s website “The Blaze” is hammering it as well in a shining example of how low that the credibility of the flagship of the NBC ‘news’ armada has fallen. For the more upwardly mobile the cherished World War II references (with the exception of the critical fact that Russia was a US ally) appear in a piece featured in Forbes Magazine targeted towards the high finance parasite demographic that is entitled - and I shit you not - “Is Vladimir Putin Another Adolf Hitler?” from which I excerpt:

As Mein Kampf makes clear, Hitler sought to unite all the people of German speech and culture into one state, or Reich, preferably by peaceful negotiation, otherwise by war and conquest.

 To do this Hitler needed to void the provisions of the Treaty of Versailles, which Germany had signed after its defeat in the Great War of 1914-18. First he marched into the Rhineland, which had been demilitarized under the treaty, stationing regular army divisions and tanks there. The Allies–Britain and France–did nothing.

 Next Hitler marched into German-speaking Austria–an annexation known as the Anschluss. Having been stripped of their empire and reduced to an insignificant small state, the Austrians were glad to become part of almighty Reich. Again, the Allies did nothing.

 Hitler’s next claim was the Sudetenland. This was a territory on the border of Czechoslovakia inhabited by a German-speaking people who were absorbed into the new state against their will. The Allies allowed this landgrab to stand in an agreement reached at a Munich summit meeting in September 1938. This was regarded as a surrender to Hitler, but British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain, who negotiated the agreement, argued that Hitler was merely asserting the rights of the Sudeten Germans, who wanted to belong to his Reich.

 The falsity of Chamberlain’s position and Hitler’s deceit were proved within months. The Sudetenland’s annexation had made the Czech frontier indefensible, and in March 1939 Hitler invaded. The Czechs put up no resistance, and the rest of the country fell into Hitler’s hands without a shot being fired.

I have lived a good while now and I have to admit that I have never seen anything like the blanket propaganda that has been shoveled like so much manure into the public domain since Putin’s timely intervention to stop the Obama regime from attacking Syria based on false pretenses over a sarin gas attack that reeks of a false flag operation. One analogy that the neocons fail to mention is that Hitler could never have pulled it off without the German people falling into line and in many cases becoming his accomplices – it was accomplished largely through lies and a propaganda machine that had no equal. I would figure that the readers of Forbes would be more sophisticated than Glenn Beck worshippers but then again the entire country is now populated largely by idiots who have been fed a constant diet of lies across the entire demographic range so as to be effectively lobotomized perhaps I give the formally educated too much credit. 

And what would the Sunday morning gabfest be without Homeland Security Chairman Michael McCaul who just had to cynically milk the Boston Marathon bombing anniversary one more time with his dire warning that another bomb may blow up in Beantown on Monday on ABC's this Week to the delight of the grinning little shitbag William Kristol, the Joseph Goebbels of the modern era who is now a co-host.

Putin Flouts Obama as Neocons Stew

In the latest episode in the ongoing reality show ‘Death of a Narcissist’ it is almost painful to see the incredible shrinking president Barack Obama continuing to thrash about on his own hook.  For the second time in six months or so he has talked much smack in leading the international law violation machine that is neocon U.S. foreign policy towards yet another crisis that despite his bellicose rhetoric and a pocket media onslaught he has no way of emerging victorious. In the late 1980's dark comedy "The War of the Roses" the divorce attorney played by Danny DeVito wisely offered up his counsel that "There is no winning! Only degrees of losing!" which Obama would be wise to consider.  In choosing  to hold a grudge (a given being the egomaniac that he is)  rather than showing gratitude towards  Russian leader Vladimir Putin's allowing him to wiggle out of the trap of his own making that nearly lead to an ugly war in Syria that was based on complete bullshit the losing will of a very high degree.

Now to borrow a bit of old wisdom from an old bayou buddy of mine dear leader is again "up to his ass in alligators while losing sight of the original idea of draining the swamp" as the ongoing clusterfuck of a splendid little coup in the Ukraine increasingly resembles one of those movies where a scheme has gone horribly awry. As a result of this latest in a series of misplays the reputation of what used to be the United States of America before it mutated into something called The Homeland is taking another hit. Obama and his stammering goon Secretary of State John "Skull and Bones" Kerry have again badly overplayed their hands and the latest rebuke over their limp-dicked threat of vague "consequences" including economic sanctions over the Russians rightfully securing their strategic assets in Crimea is only the beginning of what is going to be a devastating series of smack downs and retreat.

The Obama-Kerry act is getting pretty tired by now with this abortion following Syria interruptus and is is clear that there is absolutely no coherent foreign policy in this woeful administration. With credibility having long ago left the building and the rest of the world (with the exception of the US-EU global finance mafia) laughing their asses off at our bare-ass naked emperor on the level of George W. Bush the game is over for Barry and the boys. Hell, Obama can’t even control his own Congress, his own rogue NSA nor after years of hype and political trench warfare manage to get something as simple as a goddamned website to work properly so why should he expect to have any influence over a ruthless, seasoned political animal the likes of Putin?  Enough of the tantrums already - Obama should just do the honorable thing by immediately firing Kerry, Victoria “Fuck the EU” Nuland, authoritarian Cass Sunstein's wife Samantha Power, Susan Rice and the rest of his over-matched foreign policy team and then just resign - spare us of the next two-plus years of indignity - hell Nixon did it. V.P. Joe Biden is perfectly capable of filling in as an interim captain to get the great star-spangled garbage barge into port where the thing can be fumigated and have the red-white and blue bunting touched up before Hillary takes the helm and sets sail for more gunboat diplomacy- he sure  couldn’t do any worse at his point despite his proclivity for gaffes.

The Washington Post continues to lead the strident push for war on Russia from the fetid cockroach nest of their necon infested editorial page bunker. The latest collection of nasty chickenhawk penned denouncements of Obama’s ‘weakness’ towards the defiant top Russian features a gaggle of miscreants as well as one of history's all time great war criminals in Henry A. Kissinger who should do us all a favor and just hurry up and die already. Not that the gospel of the Beltway insider scum is alone in the incredible outpouring of wall-to wall anti-Putin "two-minutes hate" being pumped out 24/7 and the lying about the neo-Nazis supported by the US/EU who provided the street muscle for the Kiev coup but for a paper that had already pretty much hit bottom in terms of credibility it is something to see Jeff Bezos’ new media operation set up a rig and start drilling. It is impossible to watch or read damned near anything this week without having to be bludgeoned by war machine propaganda that surpasses that of late summer’s Syria sales job that cynically used that shameful war porn video loop of those gassed and dying kids. Thank God for the Oscar Pistorius trial because it is the only thing that that provides any relief these days from the Putin hating blitzkrieg.

The WaPo even dredged up the corrupt former Georgia leader Mikheil Saakashvili, a western puppet who came to power in one of those phony color revolutions was humiliated when his August 2008 illegal incursion into South Ossetia resulted in an ass-kicking delivered by the big bad bear that sent that tie chewing little prick crying home to mommy. The editorial entitled “When Putin invaded my country” is a shameless piece of cookie cutter crap that is chock full of revisionist history and the now flogged to death neocon boilerplate talking point invocations  of “Munich”, “Hitler”, “Neville Chamberlain”, “Churchill”, “Nazi invasion of Czechoslovakia” blah, blah, blah. Such a lofty forum is barely indistinguishable from the standard right-wing horseshit that is thrown out by such southern-fried motherfuckers like Rick Perry and Mike Huckabee  at the annual CPAC extravaganza where it is even money that an unwashed draft-dodging baby daddy like Ted Nugent will win the early straw poll for the 2016 GOP nod,

Take the big names like Kissinger and Saakashvila, mix in the standard ‘take the money and run’ drive-by shooting poison pen columns by longtime propagandists like Jennifer Rubin, Charles Kraüthammer and George Will and you have a textbook example of exactly why the establishment ‘dead tree’ media is dying and by the constant wailing for relevance through Cold War II  it must really hurt. The aforementioned triad are set up well for their looming retirements which is a damned shame because none of they will ever have to worry about having to go out and get real jobs. 

These assholes just don’t get it do they? They are not going to be able to throw their weight around against a country like Russia as they do with Iraq, Iran and such mighty military powers as Somalia and the island of Grenada. Putin is in a position to tell them to  just go and fuck themselves and that is exactly what he is doing. The American empire has been reduced to an in hock up to it’s ass future colony of China with an economy that is incapable of producing anything other than death, mass surveillance and the skimmed money that is collected by a large collection of state-subsidized predatory jackals on Wall Street. This is what happens when decades of borrowing to fund the bloated military machine that exists due to never having adequately made the sane transition out of World War II into a victorious and humble nation that could have instead used all of that wasted money that has been chucked into a sucking black hole of murder and thievery to actually build a society that would by now have overcome every one of the catastrophic problems that are now coming home to roost as we stumble towards collapse.

Let’s hope that when Putin delivers the long-deserved rubbing of Uncle Sam’s big nose into a giant pile of his own steaming hypocrisy. Then the rest of the civilized world can get the message and also give a big middle finger to an overstretched and doomed former superpower that has now become the very "evil empire" that was so long used to justify all of the military spending while destroying what was once the most prosperous middle class in world history. All of it pissed away too and especially so in that 21st Century that Kerry so loves to invoke when making a fool out of himself.

Mendacious Meddler Obama Warns Putin Not to Meddle in Ukraine

Those groaning, creaking and popping noises that were barely audible during  Barack Obama’s hastily announced  Friday afternoon White House statement was the sound of an empire of lies on the verge of collapsing under the weight of its own bullshit. The President of the most exceptional, god-kissed, special nation in the history of the planet warned the reviled Russian leader Vladimir Putin not to dare to intervene in Ukraine after a joint US-EU instigated coup d’etat that effectively ousted democratically elected Viktor Yanukovych. While Obama’s lies are dutifully and unquestionably communicated by a corrupt, careerist state media for domestic consumption one has to wonder just how much longer that the American war machine will have any credibility whatsoever abroad. The propaganda blitzkrieg touting the ‘freedom fighters’ whose mob violence led to the chasing of Yanukovicych from power only to be replaced by some of the most vile thugs and neo-Nazis in Eastern Europe has been as withering as it is dishonest. Months of shrill and egregious demonizing of Putin after he dared to offer asylum to NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden and then swept to the rescue to keep the American political class and their expensive toy the military from another Middle Eastern war in Syria had Barry and the boys itching for payback.

It was revenge of the dish served cold nature that they extracted from Putin during his national showcase of the Sochi Winter Olympic games by pulling off the coup in Kiev, an embarrassment for the Russian boss of which the timing was critical to the deal going down. The neocons could barely control their glee, boasting about 'democracy' that was nothing more than mob rule. But America has long been based on a passel of lies, hypocrisy and imperial meddling all sold by being (to quote Sinclair Lewis) “wrapped in the flag and carrying a cross” at least since the end of World War II and the creation of the CIA. With the German Nazis and Japanese defeated, Europe in ruins and America essentially taking control of the old British Empire this country has done nothing but meddle in the affairs of others,  planning and staging coups, backing murderous torturing despots to protect western business interests, assassinations, proxy wars, economic sabotage, full blown wars under our own flag and now with the advent of communications technology spying on the private communications of foreign leaders and engaging in economic espionage.

While Obama may have been a Constitutional law professor – although given his ongoing assistance in nullifying it while in office it has to be considered that maybe that is the reason he got the gig in the first place – he doesn’t bother much with history, unless of course it is the state sanctioned version of a moral and triumphant nation and champion of human rights that promotes John Wayne whup-ass diplomacy. Not that a petulant narcissist like Obama actually gives a rat’s ass about anything remotely resembling the truth but here is a short list of places where his great government of ours has meddled in over the past several decades including official military involvement as well as CIA operations (listed in alphabetic not chronological order and not all inclusive):

Afghanistan, Argentina, Australia, Bolivia, Bosnia, Cambodia, Chile, Columbia, Congo, Cuba, Dominican Republic, East Timor, Egypt, El Salvador, Georgia, Greece, Grenada, Haiti, Honduras, Hungary, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Jordan, Kenya, Korea, Laos, Liberia, Libya, Pakistan, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Uganda, Uruguay, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen…

..and of course Ukraine.

The state-corporate media is of course complicit but with the Clinton era wave of consolidations and a history of CIA/government meddling such as Operation Mockingbird, the revocation of the Fairness Doctrine, the revolving door between the Pentagon and defense contractors and the ex-generals who are trotted out as “experts” without any mention of glaring conflicts of interest it is more like the media and the government have now merged with the former serving as nothing more than a propaganda arm, Pravda on the Potomac. Having a dumbed-down, steeped in superstition, brainwashed and quite frankly stupid populace that is more concerned with the exploits of the Kardashians and Justin Bieber than what it is that truly affects their lives on a larger level doesn’t hurt the efforts of the rogue government to impose their big lie of democracy at gunpoint on the majority of the world. The level of willful ignorance in what is at least theoretically an advanced society is stunning and we are well on our way to the land that was prophesied in the biting social satire “Idiocracy”. The absence of any questioning of exactly why it is that this impetuous ass of a president and the neocon embeds within the system are so hellbent on risking a serious conflict with a powerful, nuclear armed nation such as Russia over a situation that is spinning out of control in one of the countries that sits on its border. Does anyone ever bother to think of what Obama or any US president would do if meddlers from another country would foment a civil war in Mexico or Canada? But we already know the answer to that for it is we who are the exceptional and the reverence of all things military in this land of fear and woe borders on the fanaticism of a cult.

Since the end of the ‘good war’ the bulk of the meddling was justified by having to fight the hyped and blown out of proportion menace of global communism emanating from the Soviet Union, when that long needed Manichean devil justify a permanent state of war. The manufacture and sale of bullets, bombs, aircraft, tanks etcetera was just too big of a moneymaker to ever beat those swords back into plowshares and set about building a just society and President Dwight Eisenhower famously warned of the dangers of the Military Industrial Complex in his farewell address way back in 1961. So we had well in excess of sixty years of meddling in foreign lands to defeat a trumped up menace that justified the whole bloody business of death and destruction. With the fall of the Berlin Wall and crackup of the USSR the gravy train risked derailment but thanks to Poppy Bush with his meddling in Iraq and Bubba Clinton with his bombing the shit out of Belgrade and other misadventures the warfare state managed to lurch along until September 11, 2001. The war machine hit the jackpot that day with their War on Terror (translation: Muslims) that thanks to that “New Pearl Harbor” that the neocons  so desired allowed for the fleecing of a terrified nation therefore a new series of wars/meddling and an unprecedented redistribution of wealth to finance the full blown cancer of a massive and bloated surveillance machine that thanks to Snowden’s revelations we now can see that it is not about “terrorism” at all.  So with the phony War on Terror now belatedly being exposed as a fraud what would be better to justify increased looting of the Treasury, beggaring Americans and finishing the job of destroying the middle class once and for all but a resurgent Red Menace?
