TSA Gestapo Goon Fired After Airport Bathroom Molestation Incident

One of the more disgusting aspects of the transformation of this once great country into a fascist banana republic is the presence of government goons in the nation’s airports as was typically customary for a Soviet bloc satellite. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is another one of the blights on America that grew out of the 9/11 attacks which were exploited by those both within the government seeking more control as well as outsiders who saw their opportunity to cynically cash in big time off of the deaths of over 3,000 people. The TSA is a combination of the two as Leviathan was able to capitalize on the fear that gripped this country to put checkpoints in our nation’s airports and the agency was an easy target for corporations looking to rip off taxpayers for things like those failed naked body scanners.

But the worst aspect of the TSA were the uniformed thugs who were given carte blanche to use their newly found authority to humiliate hapless passengers, steal personal items, make old ladies take off their medical diapers and engage in acts of a sexual nature that would have others not in the employ of the federal government thrown in jail. The TSA has continued to be haunted by the actions of those who abused their positions to fondle women and children and it has now happened again, this time at New York City’s LaGuardia Airport where a screener was fired for sexually assaulting a 22 year old Korean student in a bathroom.

Reuters reports on the incident in the story “New York TSA Agent Charged With Molesting Traveler in Bogus Search”:

A Transportation Security Administration agent at New York's LaGuardia Airport was arrested after being accused of luring a woman to an airport bathroom under the pretense of a security search and molesting her, authorities said on Friday.

The suspect, identified by officials as Maxie Oquendo, 40, was wearing a TSA uniform when he brought the 22-year-old traveler to an upstairs bathroom and molested her on Tuesday night, according to Joe Pentangelo, a spokesman for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

"Supposedly he took her into another area using his official position, being in uniform, and she thought it was a part of his official duty," Pentangelo said.

Port Authority police arrested Oquendo on Thursday on charges of forcible touching, official misconduct and unlawful imprisonment, he said.

Oquendo has since been fired by the Transportation Security Administration, officials said on Friday.

An attorney for Oquendo could not be immediately identified.

"TSA is working in close partnership with the Port Authority Police Department in support of this investigation," TSA administrator Peter Neffenger said in a statement.

Mr. Oquendo is another one of those glorified door-shakers who typically work as low wage security guards because their wannabe cop fantasy just doesn’t play out but who were able to find employment with the government as members of the airport goon squads. He now is going to be made an example of for his indiscretion in picking the wrong passenger to grope, given his long tenure with TSA she is probably not the first young girl (or boy) that he felt up either.

New York City’s WABC TV reports that the local DA is looking to make sure that Oquendo doesn’t slither off the hook because he happed to work for the feds:

Queens District Attorney Richard Brown on Friday announced Oquendo's arrest on charges of second-degree unlawful imprisonment, official misconduct, third-degree sexual abuse and second-degree harassment.

"The defendant is accused of an egregious abuse of his position as a government screener at LaGuardia Airport to sexually victimize a young woman," Brown said. "Such alleged conduct cannot, under any circumstances, go unpunished."

If convicted, Oquendo faces up to one year in jail.

Jail would be a very good place for this dude who needs to see what it’s like to be on the receiving end of a body cavity search for a change.

CNN Refusing to Own Up to "ISIS" Butt-Plug Flag Faux Pas

The self-proclaimed most trusted name in news – CNN – has descended into the sleazy tabloid muck of milking airline disasters and fear mongering about terrorism to grab ratings and it came back to bite the network in the ass over the weekend. During coverage of one of this weekend’s many gay pride fests a dimwit CNN McNews bimbo got her panties in a twist over what was hysterically hyped as an ISIS flag being flown in the middle of the hoopla. The extremist Islamist group isn’t exactly friendly to gay folks – or anyone else for that matter – but leave it to CNN to blindly sound the “be afraid” alarm. Much to the network’s chagrin, the flag that was spotted in London was actually a display of a number of anal sex toys including dildos and butt plugs on a black and white banner that somewhat resembled that of the so called Islamic State. Whoops!

Normally a retraction and apology would be issued from any self-respecting news network but not CNN. This should not surprise anyone who realizes how putrid and corrupt that the mainstream media has become in Obamastan. As of early Monday the network is refusing to cop to the error. As Washington Post media blogger Eric Wemple asks in his column “Will CNN address Islamic State-sex-toy-flag screw-up?”:

John Oliver added his name and HBO franchise (“Last Week Tonight“) to the group hammering CNN for its Saturday “exclusive” on the alarming appearance of an Islamic State flag at London’s Pride parade. Based on reporting from international assignment editor Lucy Pawle, the network claimed that no one but CNN had taken notice of this “unnerving sight.”

Turns out some clever individual had pocked an Islamic State lookalike flag with images of sex toys.

In his sendup of the situation, Oliver said, “The greatest moment in global pride celebrations actually had nothing to do with gay marriage and everything to do with the idiocy of CNN.” After running through the dynamics of the screw-up, Oliver noted that one day after the embarrassment, “They’ve still not addressed that mistake on air, probably because it would be just too embarrassing to have a professional journalist say, ‘I’m sorry, despite working at CNN, I still don’t know what a [phallic sex toy] looks like.”

Nor will CNN be addressing the matter. When asked whether it would issue a statement or otherwise do any interviews on the flag mess, a CNN spokeswoman e-mailed, “no.”

CNN should be quite familiar with dildos considering their so-called ace ‘journalists’ like Peter Bergen, Wolf Blitzer and Anderson Cooper among others, so it is just plain sloppy sensationalism and if nothing else, it should at least be acknowledged by the network that they fucked up. After all, the crackerjack staff at CNN is quick to pounce on the sheer outrage of a Confederate flag cake but that is just pandering to schmucks and currying favor with the Obama regime as well as liberal political correctness Nazis and ginning up emotion to draw eyes and web clicks.

I suppose that we shouldn’t expect anything better from a network so desperate for ratings that it spent so much time airing crackpot theories of the disappearance of that Malaysian jetliner last Spring as well as exploiting the grief of suffering loved ones that it should have renamed itself as the Missing Airplane Network. I was actually somewhat surprised that they didn't find a way to pitch a Natalee Holloway tie in to MH370 but it still may happen. Anyway, I wouldn't worry about spending much time waiting for CNN to apologize for their latest screw up because they have no shame.

Obama Regime Releases bin Laden "Treasure Trove" Sans Pictures of Body

The Obama administration and it’s intelligence apparatus pushed back hard today against allegations that they lied about circumstances surrounding the killing of Osama bin Laden. After being caught with their pants down over the blockbuster expose by Pulitzer Prize-winning investigative journalist Seymour Hersh that the official account of the terror master’s death may have been manipulated for political gain it was a foregone conclusion that the Emperor would strike back.

So this morning, the Obama junta launched a massive propaganda blitzkrieg and the corrupt mainstream media is all in to cover Barry's ass. There were a plethora of documents dumped including love letters and sinister plots as well as a reading list that should send shivers up the spines of Americans who are critical of U.S. foreign policy because you just may be a “terrorist” too if you have purchased any of these books. It was a total media swarm but one key item remains missing from the public sphere: pictures of bin Laden’s actual body.

As reported by Reuters in a story by longtime Washington press insider Mark Hosenball entitled “Bin Laden fixated on attacking U.S. interests: documents”:

Osama bin Laden was fixated on attacking U.S. targets and pressured al Qaeda groups to heal local rivalries and focus on that cause, according to documents the United States says were seized in his hideout in Pakistan and released on Wednesday.

The documents published by U.S. intelligence also contained details of purported negotiations between al Qaeda, its allies in the Pakistani Taliban and representatives of Pakistani intelligence, and what seemed to be an al Qaeda job application.

A July 2010 letter showed that bin Laden pressed al Qaeda in Yemen, one of the group's more active affiliates, to make peace with the government and focus on America.

The documents released by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence were part of a cache seized by U.S. commandos who conducted the May 2011 raid on bin Laden's house in Abbottabad, Pakistan when bin Laden was killed.

A document of several pages, which the United States says was printed on stationery carrying a watermark reading "The Security Committee - al Qaeda Organization" appeared to be a blank job application form for would-be al Qaeda members.

It said applicants should "please answer the required information accurate and truthfully," and "please write clearly and legibly."

It asked when an applicant had arrived "in the land of Jihad," how much of the Koran they had memorized, which sheikhs or Muslim dignitaries they knew, which countries they had visited, how many passports they possessed and whether they were interested in carrying out a "suicide operation."

The presstitutes were having orgasms but probably none more so than CNN’s terror “expert” Peter Bergen who weighed in with a bit of shtick called “Secrets of the bin Laden treasure-trove”. In a week when ABC’s $105 million man George Stephanopoulos showed just how slimy that the lamestream media can be it would seem that Bergen is giving him a run for the money. CNN never bothers to air any sort of disclaimer that their “expert” could stand to be damaged credibility wise if the official story were in any way debunked because he wrote the definitive book about it all.  The “Secrets of the bin Laden treasure trove” is just more of the same government bullshit fed to the public by their lackeys in the media. It is about as Earth shattering as when Geraldo pried open Al Capone’s vault and is just a repackaging of administration hogwash and regurgitated talking points.

So while Obama’s halo gets polished anew by his media toadies and fascist worshippers of weaponized big government, the entire thing has a rather nasty smell to it. Not only does the administration account get reestablished as the national gospel – minus the body of course – but the “bin Laden treasure trove” just happens to be launched into the media domain on the very day that the administration and the Senate are desperately trying to cram through a renewal of the USA PATRIOT Act. You just can’t make shit like this up.

Smack Talking ISIS Threatens to Blow Up the White House

The mysterious Islamic jihadist organization ISIS is getting close to jumping the shark with their latest audacious series of threats. The group’s alleged spokesman has boasted that his ragtag army of smelly, gut-eating, Allah worshipping, ragheaded desert punks are going to swarm European cities Rome and Paris and absorb them into the great Islamist caliphate. For good measure the mouthy Abu Muhammad al-Adnani - who in any civilized society would be fortunate to find work as a clerk at a 7-11 store - upped the ante to include blowing up the Eiffel Tower, Big Ben and Emperor Barack Obama’s crib over at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

According to the website of the Washington D.C. television station CBS DC in the story “ISIS Vows To ‘Blow Up The White House, Big Ben And The Eiffel Tower’”:

En route to conquering the European cities of Paris and Rome, the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria says they plan to “blow up” the White House, Big Ben and the Eiffel Tower.

ISIS spokesman Abu Muhammad al-Adnani detailed the terror group’s plans to conquer Portugal, Spain, Paris and Rome in an almost 30-minute audio message to the West, “So They Kill And Are Killed,” which references a Koran verse.
“We won the day Europe and U.S. dreamt of reclaiming Tal Hamis, Mosul, Sinjar, Tikrit, Qaim, Derna, Tell Abyad, and more,” stated the ISIS mouthpiece, as transcribed by Ynet News.

“We — with Allah’s help — want Paris, before Rome and Islamic Iberia and after we blow up the White House, Big Ben, and the Eiffel Tower before Paris, and Rome,” al-Adnani warned. “The Muslims will return to power, to be the vanguard and lead in every place.”

It is such a crock of horseshit that it could have come from a U.S. politician and is so over the top that it is laughable in a way that with any serious group would have members drenched in shame. This pack of degenerate sleazebags are lucky to be able to pull off their trademark cowardly ambushes and highly choreographed beheadings against overwhelmed and unarmed victims but storming and conquering the world’s great cities is a fantasy. I don’t believe that the potent hallucinogenic peyote cactus is found in the Middle Eastern deserts that these savages prance around in but they definitely sound like they are high on something.

Blowing up the White House is ludicrous and could be easier pulled off by a few drunken Secret Service agents by accident than the vastly overrated black menace. ISIS is smelling their own piss and why not? It’s not as though the western media – in particular the sensationalist MSM in the U.S. – doesn't practically act as their public relations arm by ensuring that every grotesque beheading gets blanket coverage. As the media maxim goes, if if bleeds, it leads but at what point does it just become the height of irresponsibility by promoting these sleazy assholes in a manner that they never could accomplish themselves?

ISIS is obviously intoxicated by their own bullshit, watch too many movies and are even being given a run for their money in the beheading business by our wonderful and humane allies in Saudi Arabia. Jihadi John Says Fund the Department of Homeland Security

It has been a week filled with ludicrous, over the top fear mongering as the clock ticks down on fully funding the Department of Homeland Security. First it was the alleged terrorist plot to attack the Mall of America, a danger to the public that was pimped across all five Sunday morning McNews shows by DHS boss Jeh Johnson. Then there was yet another busting of domestic ISIS "recruits" who ended up being a few pathetic losers who were entrapped by the Feds. But the granddaddy of them all just happens to conveniently pop up on the day prior to the expiration of funding DHS. Anyone who sees the way that this government operates has to be shaking their heads over the formal identification of Jihadi John, the baddest Muslim motherfucker of them all.

The network and cable TV McNews shows and internet ‘news’ sites are filled to the brim today with tales of the hideous head chopping ISIS Übermensch tabbed as Jihadi John and his henchmen "the Beatles". The Department of Homeland Security could not have possibly asked for a better pitchman to finally close the deal on continued funding for the American Gestapo than the British beheading machine. This may finally be what it takes for Speaker John Boehner to crack and sign onto the trickery of the splitting off Obama's amnesty decree from the DHS funding which is a farce. The entire mainstream media is selling it hard today as though they were starving used car salesmen hustling their asses off in the waning days of the week before Christmas. In a way that is exactly what they are but a pack of whores trying to rake it in the day before the naval fleet leaves their port may be a more apropos metaphor.

As being reported by Reuters in the story entitled “'Jihadi John' killer from Islamic State beheading videos unmasked as Londoner”:

The masked "Jihadi John" killer who fronted Islamic State beheading videos has been identified as Mohammed Emwazi, a British computer programming graduate from a well-to-do London family.

The black-clad militant brandishing a knife and speaking with an English accent was shown in videos released by Islamic State (IS) apparently decapitating hostages including Americans, Britons and Syrians.

The 26-year-old militant used the videos to threaten the West, admonish its Arab allies and taunt President Barack Obama and British Prime Minister David Cameron before petrified hostages cowering in orange jump suits.

Emwazi's name was first disclosed by the Washington Post, citing unidentified former associates, but two U.S. government sources who spoke on condition of anonymity confirmed to Reuters that investigators believed Jihadi John was Emwazi.

Dressed entirely in black, a balaclava covering all but his eyes and the bridge of his nose and a holster under his left arm, Jihadi John became a menacing symbol of Islamic State brutality and one of the world's most wanted men.

Hostages called him John as he and other Britons in Islamic State had been nicknamed the Beatles.

The Washington Post took credit for the journalistic coup of identifying Jihadi John in the piece “‘Jihadi John’: Islamic State killer is identified as Londoner Mohammed Emwazi”. The scoop likely had tens if not hundreds of thousands of people dependent on the Washington centered war on terror industry jumping for joy as the money spigots can’t possibly be turned off while a fiend like him is at large. If you happen to be inclined to do such things go and bet the mortgage money on a renewal of Homeland Security funding before time officially runs out on Friday.

While I don’t at all dismiss the very serious threat of Islamist fanatics with a huge scimitar to grind going on the rampage and plotting to attack America, it is also advantageous for a trillion dollar industry to have an ample supply of bogeymen to trot out whenever the need arises.  Like everything else this week the timing and saturation coverage of Jihadi John has a rather pungent smell emanating from it.  Kind of like money mixed with bullshit and really, who but a compete sucker can believe anything that comes out of a government that lies about everything as a first resort. The media only serves as it's propaganda arm.

It's the timing that gives it away which shows more than anything how much that the government and the Obama regime have come to see Americans as chumps ripe for the taking.

Big Brother Running Amok: NSA/GCHQ Hack Huge SIM Card Producer

Stories of the NSA drive to in the words of retired boss General Keith Alexander “Collect It All”, have lately gone the way of “Deflategate” in the mainstream media but Big Brother never sleeps. We all need to understand that we live in the waning days of having any expectation of privacy and it is only a matter of time until big government is trying to get at what is inside our skulls too. This week there were two major reports of what the secret police have been up to yet the domestic media has largely stayed focused on the political rat race and various and sundry celebrity tales. This failure to engage in serious investigative journalism is exactly why guys like Brian Williams are able to land multi-million dollar jobs as the gatekeepers in the McNews industry.

The story with the most far reaching consequences is the allegation that the NSA and their counterparts across the pond in jolly old England - GCHQ - hacked into the world’s largest provider of SIM cards. Those are those little things inside everyone’s smartphones that allow for the protection of private data when communicating and engaging in financial transactions. Billions of cellphones worldwide could possibly be affected by this massive breach of encryption - maybe even yours.

As reported by Reuters in the story “NSA, British spies hack Gemalto to tap mobile calls: Intercept”:

Digital security company Gemalto NV was hacked by American and British spies to steal encryption keys used to protect the privacy of cellphone communications, news website Intercept reported, citing documents provided by whistleblower Edward Snowden.

The hack by the National Security Agency (NSA) and UK's Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) allowed the agencies to monitor a large portion of voice and data mobile communications around the world without permission from governments and telecom companies, according to the report.

A GCHQ spokesperson said the agency did not comment on intelligence matters. NSA could not be immediately reached for comment.

Gemalto makes smart chips for mobile phones, bank cards and biometric passports and counts Verizon and AT&T Inc among its 450 wireless network provider customers around the world.

The hack story was broken by the website The Intercept in a huge expose entitled “The Great SIM Heist:  How Spies Stole The Keys To The Encryption Castle” which is a long and detailed piece that is well worth the time spent reading it. Many will of course dismiss this out of hand because the documents about the hacking were provided by former government contractor turned NSA Whistleblower Edward Snowden who is a controversial figure to put it mildly. However, in the days of a rogue government and the Obama regime’s ongoing war on journalists and whistleblowers it takes bold action to expose the scale of government criminality.

The other story, which is easily dismissed because it can simply be denounced as Putin propaganda is that of Russian computer security firm Kaspersky identifying the ability to embed spyware deep inside computer hard drives. According to the Reuters story “Russian researchers expose breakthrough U.S. spying program”:

The U.S. National Security Agency has figured out how to hide spying software deep within hard drives made by Western Digital, Seagate, Toshiba and other top manufacturers, giving the agency the means to eavesdrop on the majority of the world's computers, according to cyber researchers and former operatives.

That long-sought and closely guarded ability was part of a cluster of spying programs discovered by Kaspersky Lab, the Moscow-based security software maker that has exposed a series of Western cyberespionage operations.

Kaspersky said it found personal computers in 30 countries infected with one or more of the spying programs, with the most infections seen in Iran, followed by Russia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, China, Mali, Syria, Yemen and Algeria. The targets included government and military institutions, telecommunication companies, banks, energy companies, nuclear researchers, media, and Islamic activists, Kaspersky said.

The firm declined to publicly name the country behind the spying campaign, but said it was closely linked to Stuxnet, the NSA-led cyberweapon that was used to attack Iran's uranium enrichment facility. The NSA is the agency responsible for gathering electronic intelligence on behalf of the United States.

A former NSA employee told Reuters that Kaspersky's analysis was correct, and that people still in the intelligence agency valued these spying programs as highly as Stuxnet. Another former intelligence operative confirmed that the NSA had developed the prized technique of concealing spyware in hard drives, but said he did not know which spy efforts relied on it.

NSA spokeswoman Vanee Vines declined to comment.

These stories are perfect examples of how the surveillance industrial complex has run amok and will continue to do so until lawmakers do their jobs. Our elected 'representatives' should subject the NSA to the type of rigorous oversight needed to prevent the ongoing digital rampage. The spooks and data vampires whose activities are funded by U.S. taxpayer dollars are not only gutting the Constitution but doing immense and irreparable damage to American tech businesses, especially in the new era of cloud computing.

Silicon Valley high-rollers understand this too and have been highly critical of the potential financial damage to their industries and have taken their concerns directly to Emperor Barack Obama himself. But Obama is a defender of the status quo and there will be no effort to reign in the data grabbers and snoopers on his watch. Don't look for it from Jeb Bush either if he is the next one to sit on the throne, especially since he just defended his brother's mass surveillance programs that "keep us safe".

One day Americans will be made to face the consequences of their complicity in allowing the wolves to be the ones charged with guarding the hen house and that day is rapidly approaching.

Marco Rubio Calls for Permanent USA PATRIOT Act

The ambitious and cunning Florida Senator Marco Rubio is going to hang his 2016 long shot presidential hopes on the National Security State. When you have nothing to sell in post 9/11 America you can always peddle fear and it always works. Rubio came out in favor of making the USA PATRIOT Act permanent in a FOX News oped piece last month but is being challenged by those who are concerned over our ongoing loss of civil liberties. One prominent critic of Rubio's terrorism gambit is the conservative organization Freedom Works that was a big backer of the Tea Party movement.

While Freedom Works did give Little Ricky credit for some of his more positive attributes they drew a line at the young stud's support for a permanent surveillance state. According to the organization's website:

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) is one of the best in the upper chamber when it comes to budget and spending issues, earning high marks in 2013 and 2014 on FreedomWorks' congressional scorecard. He's also expanding the reach of the Republican Party with his youthfulness and pop culture savvy.

The Florida Republican has, however, been among the most vocal defenders of the National Security Agency and the surveillance state. In an op-ed published on Wednesday at FoxNews.com, Rubio, invoking 9/11 and recent activities of the Islamic State, called on his colleagues on Capitol Hill to permanently extend Section 215 of the PATRIOT Act, one of the law's most controversial provisions.

"This year, a new Republican majority in both houses of Congress will have to extend current authorities under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, and I urge my colleagues to consider a permanent extension of the counterterrorism tools our intelligence community relies on to keep the American people safe."

Section 215 of the USA PATRIOT Act amended the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act to make it easier for intelligence and federal law enforcement agencies to access third-party records related to investigations in suspected terrorist activity. This provision, though, has been used by the NSA as the legal justification to spy on Americans through the bulk collection of phone metadata. In the NSA's view, or so it seems, every American is a suspected terrorist.

Freedom Works has been vilified by Democrats as just another front for the evil Koch Brothers who have effectively become bogeymen as well as drivers of liberal fundraising campaigns. The Koch connection to Freedom Works has always been nebulous at best but any organization that is calling out supporters of the PATRIOT Act is working in the best interests of America. This abomination was rammed through Congress in the aftermath of the September 11, 2001 attacks and despite the original sunset provisions continues to be renewed. Rubio, like the others who have suckled high off the teat of the bloated Global War on Terror money machine never hesitate to launch into demagoguery of the worst type to serve their own self-interests rather than honor the U.S. Constitution.

Senator Rubio is a desperate man so expect to see more of this type of crap coming out of his campaign media operation going forward. He also has close ties to the McCain-Graham-Ayotte Axis of fascist big government and his Hispanic identity makes him a potential vice presidential pick. While there are really are truly very bad people out there who really do hate us all,  guys like Rubio are acting as their defacto agents when it comes to destroying this once great country from within. I can't believe that anyone would have a problem with the feds conducting their surveillance of the "bad guys" but there needs to be necessary protections for law-abiding Americans and they really do not exist at this point.

It is also good to see that at least a few principled members of Congress are calling out Rubio over his obviously politically motivated support of domestic repression. Michigan Congressman Justin Amash has also blasted Florida's junior Senator as reported by the libertarian website Reason online:

Rep. Justin Amash (R–Mich.) threw some shade at Sen. Marco Rubio (R–Fla.) today over the latter's support for permanently reauthorizing the PATRIOT Act.

The congressman was asked during a panel at the 2015 International Students for Liberty Conference, happening now in Washington, D.C., how he felt about the idea that Congress should "rubberstamp" reauthorization of the controversial law. Amash responded: "I think it's embarrassing to say things like that. It reflects a lack of awareness of what the American people think and what the Constitution says. And if [Rubio] thinks that that is the future of the Republican Party, he is very wrong."

Amash said the GOP's job is to stand for liberty, protect people's rights, and curb corporate welfare, adding, "I think we have a great group of people who are pushing the country in the right direction. And we've got some people like Sen. Rubio who want to take us backward, and move the party in the wrong direction, and make it into a very small party."

You have to hand it to guys like Justin Amash and organizations like Freedom Works, at least they are trying to do something about our increasingly dwindling freedoms unlike the Democrat and Republican establishments. To this day there has NEVER been a serious debate about how exactly to balance off the trading of liberty for security in the new American century and the technological age. As long as there are charlatans like Marco Rubio trafficking in the politics of fear there never will be one either.

Obama Regime Goes to Bush Playbook in Pushing Fear to Crush Civil Liberties

The ability to easily succumb to fear has become a huge flaw in the American character since the September 11, 2001 attacks. The government and it’s media propaganda arms have successfully and consistently sold the public on the fear of terrorism in order to expand state power, rake in mammoth profits off of the war on terror and gut the U.S. Constitution. It has worked perfectly as Americans have meekly surrendered their civil liberties and through their tax dollars paid for their own enslavement. NSA surveillance and data-mining, the rise of the militarized police state and the never-ending foreign adventures that are bankrupting the country have all been a result of the constant fear-mongering. Now, as 2015 dawns our glorious “leaders” are once again playing the fear card and are dealing it from the bottom of the deck.

It is no coincidence that foiled “terrorist” plots have been spiking, especially with the new Republican Congress having made noises of withholding funding from the gargantuan Department of Homeland  Security. The idea to partially defund DHS was always a non-starter when John Boehner and Mitch McConnell punted on seriously challenging Obama’s amnesty decree and put their seal of approval on the pork-stuffed “Cromnibus”. To anyone who has been paying attention for the last decade it was obvious that the specter of terrorism would be invoked to spare DHS cuts. Now that they have been accused of leaving the country exposed to danger Boehner has backed down only two weeks into the new year.  The Hill reported that the Weasel Queen, Nancy Pelosi in defense of Obama’s amnesty launched the first fusillade in a statement:

"It is clear Republicans’ partisan recklessness knows no limits," Pelosi said in a statement. "House Republicans are threatening a partial government shutdown, choosing a time of rising terrorism to imperil the security of our entire country to satisfy the most radical anti-immigrant fringes of their party."

Shortly thereafter it was reported that an Ohio man had been arrested for allegedly plotting to poison Boehner while he was drinking at one of his favorite watering holes. Then another Ohio related “terror” plot was busted up by the feds arresting a man who was had purchased semi-automatic guns and ammo for an alleged attack on the Capitol. As reported by The Guardian in a story entitled “FBI arrests Ohio man who allegedly plotted attack on US Capitol”:

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has arrested a 20-year-old Ohio man on charges that he plotted to mount a bomb and gun attack on the US Capitol, and claimed to sympathize with the Islamic State (Isis).

Agents apprehended Christopher Cornell of Green Township, Ohio, on Wednesday after he purchased two ArmaLite M-15 semi-automatic rifles and about 600 rounds of ammunition, according to a criminal complaint released by the bureau.

Cornell, also known as Raheel Mahrus Ubaydah, had confided his alleged plan to “kill employees and officers working in and around the US Capitol” to a confidential FBI informant, who told agents about Cornell in exchange for leniency for his “exposure” on an unspecified but unrelated offense.

Unlike several recent terror-related cases that have attracted the scrutiny of civil libertarians, undercover FBI agents neither suggested the plot to Cornell nor facilitated his acquisition of weapons, according to the complaint. In conversations throughout the fall of 2014 in Cincinnati, Cornell told the anonymous informant he “considered the members of Congress as enemies” and proposed the two perform reconnaissance around the Capitol in preparation for the subsequent attack.

How convenient that this happens right as Obama and his allies in government and private industry that stand to benefit are on the verge of introducing a new cybersecurity bill that will further put law-abiding Americans under the big red, white and blue jackboot of Uncle Scam. It is also notable that Cornell - the accused terrorist “considered the members of Congress as enemies” - a sentiment that is likely shared by many Americans, especially after they voted for change in November and were immediately shanked in the back by treacherous swine like Boehner. Hell, as far as I am concerned - and this is my personal opinion - the majority of  lawmakers have long viewed the American public as their enemies. This is evident given the ongoing failure to exercise any legitimate oversight upon NSA domestic surveillance programs, the preferential treatment given to big moneyed donors, the failure to reign in the six years running backstopping of too big to fail Wall Street banks and a sneering contempt towards the little people.

The Boehner poisoning plot and now the foiled attack on the Capitol will be exploited to target government critics as potential "terrorists" or "extremists" in the coming evolution of the phony war on terror to bring it home and turn it against Americans. Obama will spend a good chunk of his State of the Union Address next week selling the new laws - which the people don't have a say in - and then move on to his "war on extremists" of which the definition is so vague that it could potentially include anyone critical of the government. It is ridiculous to believe that one man would be able to circumvent the security at the U.S. Capitol with a cache of weaponry and explosives and pull off such an attack but it will be hyped as such to a terrified and gullible public by the professional liars on television. Cornell might as well be Marinus van der Lubbe in this latest cynical effort to crush civil liberties. 

Herman Goering perhaps put it best when he famously remarked:

”...the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country."

It certainly is working like a charm in Obamastan.

Nicely Timed CENTCOM Social Media Hacking Smells Like a Rat

Today’s latest  installment in the National Security State’s relentless drive to implement even more surveillance and invasions of the privacy of law-abiding Americans comes courtesy of the military. Media hysteria is spiking today with a story that the social media accounts of the U.S. military’s Central Command (CENTCOM) have been infiltrated and taken over by ISIS operatives. Pretty convenient if you have an onerous new cybersecurity bill that is ready to be crammed down the throats of Americans. This also comes on the heels of last week’s savage murders of ten members of French newspaper Charlie Hebdo and two cops by Islamist extremists that is being hyped 24/7 by the fear mongers in the media.

The Washington Post is reporting that “U.S. military social media accounts apparently hacked by Islamic State sympathizers”:

Social media accounts for the U.S. military’s Central Command appeared to have been hacked on Monday, with the command posting threatening messages on Twitter and YouTube to American troops.

The first rogue tweet was posted about 12:30 p.m. It appeared to come from sympathizers of the Islamic State militant group. The Central Command has orchestrated the U.S.-led airstrike campaign against the militants in Iraq and Syria and is beginning to train Iraqi troops to respond to the threat in the region.

The background and profile photo of the Centcom account were both changed to show an apparent militant and the phrases “CyberCaliphate” and “i love you isis,” using one of the acronyms for the militant group.

In a statement, the Central Command confirmed that its Twitter account had been “compromised” and said it “is taking appropriate measures to address the matter.” The statement did not elaborate on the extent or seriousness of the hack or who may have been responsible. The account was disabled by Twitter around 1:10 p.m.

White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said the Obama administration is “examining and investigating the extent of the incident.”

You can bet that they are “investigating” it alright as in investigating how best to fold it into Emperor Barack Obama’s big pre-State of the Union address sales pitch for even more invasive surveillance laws - wrapped in the cloaking of cybersecurity and that Sony hacking.  Hell, Obama might as well just take to the podium before Congress next Tuesday, roll out a portable shredder and proceed to feed the U.S. Constitution into it on national television.

The Washington Post reports that “this story is developing”.  What all of this hacking and demagoguery by the federal government is really "developing" is an overwhelming stench of bullshit. It is getting to be pretty sad when anything that comes out of the government must be treated with pure skepticism but when the lying by high officials is the first – if not only – resort such is the level that we have descended to in this once great country.

Der Stürmer Published Cartoons That Mocked Religion Too

The western outpouring of support for anti-Muslim bigotry in the aftermath of last week’s outrageous attack on French ‘satirical’ newspaper Charlie Hebdo is rife with the choking hypocrisy that has become commonplace in the post 9/11 world. The attack on the paper’s Paris office and the murders of ten staff members as well as two police officers was a despicable act of violence but it was not an attack on free speech no matter how hard that the media sells the narrative. If officials are to be believed - lying is always the first if not only resort - then the attack was the work of radical Islamist extremists waging jihad against the west. Considering that Charlie Hebdo was a forum for so many vile and repulsive cartoons mocking the prophet Mohammed as well as portraying Muslims in the most insulting, stereotypical ways possible that wouldn't be a reach. It would hardly be surprising that the paper would be targeted by such types because quite frankly, when you make a living out of baiting religious fanatics don’t be surprised if one day they turn up on your doorstep.

While it is true that Charlie Hebdo also published repugnant imagery of other religions – including Jesus Christ engaging in anal sex – they were a minority among those ridiculing Muslims. The one inescapable fact is that Charlie Hebdo was a hate rag and a hypocritical one at that. A former writer was sent packing for "inciting racial hatred" after writing a column alleged to be critical of Jews. He was subsequently put on trial by that bastion of freedom that is France. So much for the all-inclusive mockery that the corrupt media has invoked as a smokescreen for the paper's blatant anti-Muslim agenda.

Julius Streicher, who was hanged with other Nazi war criminals at Nuremberg ran a fine little paper back in the day that was famous for publishing cartoons and editorials that mocked and denigrated a particular religion. Der Stürmer was instrumental in fomenting the climate of hatred that would lead to the state sponsored extermination of over 6 million Jews. Like Charlie Hebdo, Der Stürmer also mixed in cartoons that smeared Catholics and others to provide some 'balance' but the primary purpose was to dehumanize Jews, just as Charlie Hebdo does with Muslims. The French paper was just another propaganda arm of the powerful anti-Muslim hate network, a foreign counterpart to domestic American chop shops the likes of Robert Spencer's Jihad Watch, Pamela Geller’s American Freedom Defense Initiative, Brigitte Gabriel’s ACT! For America and David Horowitz’s Front Page Magazine being but a few of the more widely known hate factories of which there are legion.

The massive rally in Paris on Sunday - hijacked by murderous scum the likes of Israel's megalomaniac leader Benjamin "Bibi" Netanyahu who stands to benefit the most from the calls for blood vengeance against Muslims - is a grim harbinger for the wave of hate and repression that is about to be unleashed.  Netanyahu drew some criticism for his comments that the September 11, 2001 "terrorist" attacks were "good for Israel" and is already eagerly exploiting the Charlie Hebdo murders. The acceptance of the Palestinians by the International Criminal Court (ICC) didn't get much media play, being immediately swallowed by the Paris murders but Bibi and his stooges in the U.S. Congress will exact their pound of flesh soon enough. Avenging ten dead anti-Muslim propagandists and two cops will serve as their rallying cry.

Media Deliberately Suppresses Charlie Hebdo anti-Christian Cartoons from U.S. Muslim haters 

The most troubling aspect of the Charlie Hebdo killings is the response, particularly in the American Homeland. The hysterical state-corporate media has been pushing all of the right buttons, especially at CNN which has turned itself into a propaganda arm of the Deep State elements that are itching for a global war on Muslims to compensate for flagging ratings. CNN has brought in the retired ultra-fascist Mike Rogers who used his position as boss of the House Intelligence Committee to defend the NSA and surveillance state and regularly took to the Sunday morning airwaves to peddle lies. Rogers churned out more whoppers than Burger King when the media still saw fit to report on the actions of heroic former government contractor turned NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden. He regularly accused Snowden of being a Russian agent but never bothered to offer any proof. He will be a natural fit at CNN now that he has a regular nationally televised pulpit to his lies preach from.

The fear is being ratcheted up over Charlie Hebdo and the neocons who effectively run U.S. foreign and domestic policy are using the Rahm Emanuel maxim of “never let a serious crisis go to waste” by using the incident to push for Draconian enhancements to the already choking national security state. It has come to this in America, the murder of a dozen people in a fucking foreign country can be used as a mobilizing force to push the Clash of Civilizations. The star spangled sheep have been so conditioned now that it doesn’t even take the destruction of skyscrapers to whip them up into an orgiastic blood frenzy.

The murders also nicely coincide with the beginning of the next iteration of the permanent political campaign that will culminate in the coronation of Barack Obama's successor in 2016. The Republicans assuredly will sink to new lows in fear-mongering and demagoguery over the Muslim phantom menace as they troll for the rubes. The Hillary Clinton led Democrats will match the rhetoric of their more overtly fascist counterparts blow for blow. That liberals are so eagerly signing up in the western war on Muslims with their "I am Charlie" proclamations and articles supporting "freedom" of the press shows that they are as easily duped as low-information conservatives. One of the most cherished "liberal" voices is that of HBO's virulently bigoted Bill Maher whose professed atheism is a cloak for his foaming at the mouth hatred of Muslims. Whether he is really an atheist or just plays one on television is a matter of speculation. So incessant has the brainwashing been thanks to over a decade of post September 11, 2001 agitprop that it is clear just how quickly that Muslims will be targeted if there happens to be some sort of "terrorist" attack that takes place on domestic soil.

The Charlie Hebdo attack is a tragedy on multiple fronts and there are many who will suffer as a result. The first tragedy is of course that of the actual victims whose lives were so brutally ended on that day and whatever they may have been guilty as far as agitation and promulgating hate they did not deserve that. The people of France are also victims and once their fear and outpouring of emotion over the murders dissipates they will soon see that it has provided renewed justification for a crackdown by authorities. French military troops are already being put on the streets - unsubstantiated reports of sleeper cell activation was reported - while the governments of Europe and the U.S. ponder additional enhancements to the imperial security state. Americans will also continue to lose as the Constitution will become even more detached from the government, money that could be better used domestically will be spent on more foreign interventions, domestic spying and a burgeoning security state beast that can never eat enough.

Lastly, the millions of Muslims who practice their religion and abhor violence will increasingly be targeted by restrictions on their freedom, invasion of their privacy and of course violence against themselves and their places of worship. When you have a powerful, connected, global media mogul like Rupert Murdoch whose immediate reaction to the Charlie Hebdo attacks was to launch a Tweet that called for holding all Muslims "responsible" for the actions of extremists it carries clout. Particularly to that particular American based demographic who rely solely on Fox News for their information and are already itching to lock and load over the percolating domestic problems of race in the aftermath of Ferguson and New York City. It is inevitable that official state crackdowns will be accompanied by pogroms given the level of poison that has been dumped into the mass media over the years.

While history always repeats - although never exactly - it is apparent that Muslims are well on the way to becoming the new Juden thanks to those who benefit by exploiting tragedy to serve their own ends.
