Our Men in Kiev: Fascist Goons Beat TV Executive

In an amazing exhibit of raw stupidity which as of late has been in abundant supply a pack of western coup d’etat empowered goons including an MP of the unelected government in Kiev burst into the office of a Ukranian TV executive and filmed themselves beating him.  Oleksandr Panteleymonov acting CEO of the First National TV channel was set upon by thugs belonging to the Svoboda party, one of the fascist, neo-Nazi, anti-Semite infested coalitions comprising the recently installed puppet regime of Arseniy Yatsenyuk and brutalized into signing his resignation. This is not surprising to anybody who don’t buy into the insane lies of the US state-corporate media that what took place in Kiev was a rising up of the oppressed to lift themselves out of tyranny into the warm embraces of western democracy. The real story is the exact polar opposite and the stunning display of barbarity by sitting members of the new regime is a damning indictment of the now fully criminal US and EU governments and the global finance mafia that they serve.

According to accounts at least three of the attackers are members of the illegitimate government that American taxpayers are financing, either indirectly through billion dollars of loan guarantees backed by President Barack Obama and then approved by a whopping 385-23 vote in a House of Representatives or through the neocon slush fund the National Endowment for Democracy. The House vote in particular should show Americans exactly what a dog and pony show all of that obstructionism really is, when it comes to bailing out criminal gamblers on Wall Street, propping up torture state despots, engaging in acts of subversion to overthrow elected governments who don’t play ball with western corporate interests and spying on everyone but them there is much bipartisanship - just as there is when screwing those who can't afford to buy access. The US Congress, despite what the lying controlled media try to sell 24/7 with their endless parade of “new Hitlers’” is the greatest enemy to the American people that exists today. Just as the American war machine that is embedded within the Deep State and uses those like Obama as a friendly public face is the greatest menace to the planet in world history. 

I don't imagine that we will be hearing any of the neocons cherished references to Hitler and the Nazis about this most heinous act, nor will we be reading about it in the Washington Post where the  douchebag of the day is the slimy little prick from Florida Marco Rubio who is featured in a screed that is very imaginably titled "Making Putin Pay".  As a longtime resident of the state of Florida, the diseased penis of America I am very familiar with the ambitions of junior Senator Rubio who surfed his way into office in 2010 on the tidal wave of ginned up racist backlash that the American Svoboda party, the GOP used to muster the morons and dregs of society to goose-step to their polls to stick it to the "Kenyan" in the White House.  Rubio fancies himself as a foreign policy genius on a level with the fanatically anti-Russian Zbigniew Brzezinski, he of “The Grand Chessboard” who despite the lunacy of his views is credentialed, Marco’s foreign policy pedigree primarily comes from his time spent as the pivot man in the ongoing John McCain-Lindsey Graham-Joe Lieberman circle jerk. But we are talking about the Washington Post here, a beltway protector of the entreanched political class and the shrillest voice in the land for the neocon war on Russia. Today the WaPo editorial board comes up with the audacious bushel basket of bullshit “Obama doesn’t grasp Putin’s Eurasian ambitions” in which - get this:

"It’s easy to conclude that Vladi­mir Putin’s passionate defense of Russia’s takeover of Crimea “just didn’t jibe with reality,” as Secretary of State John F. Kerry put it. In a speech on Tuesday, the Russian ruler repeated mendacious charges that the Ukrainian government had been hijacked by “nationalists, neo-Nazis, Russophobes and anti-Semites”; voiced his paranoid conspiracy theory about supposed Western sponsorship of popular revolutions, including the Arab Spring; and brazenly compared Russia’s abrupt annexation of Ukraine with the reunification of Germany."

Sweet Jesus, I have no idea where to start with that bullshit - it is just the opening fucking paragraph - than to ask the question of ‘who are you going to believe? The Washington Post or your own lying eyes?’ The video of the beating of Oleksandr Panteleymono by Senator McCain’s seig-heiling buddies pretty much renders the western lies about the Ukranian coup’s use of neo-Nazis etc as so much Putin propaganda as so much horseshit in the same red, white and blue wrapper. I also dig the last line of the “annexation of Ukraine” because the last time that I looked Russia annexed Crimea after a vote that was far more legitimate than that dirty little neocon instigated overthrow of Viktor Yanukovych. But hey, it is a paper that publishes silly rants by irrelevant turd like Marco Rubio so it is what it is. Robert Parry at Consortium News has a new piece out on what he calls the WaPo editorial board “groupthink” and as much as I respect his work I disagree on this one, it is not “group think” in as much as the media giant is fully in the bag and now easily discernible as a propaganda arm of the Deep State itself.

The office invasion and violence directed at Mr. Panteleymonov conjures up memories of a certain event that took place in Miami back in 2000 when a mob of GOP goons shut down the recount during the disputed election that was stolen by the Bush crime family, the intimidation tactic is known as the "Brooks Brothers Riot". The neocons have been caterwauling about the Manichean devil Vladimir Putin rigging Sunday's Crimea vote to secede from the neo-Nazi infested occupying government in Ukraine yet they played key roles in 2000 right here in America. You may recognize the man who is on the right in this picture but the sheer hypocrisy of the neocons in their promoting of "democracy" doesn't extend to elections where their candidates aren't intended to 'win'.

While the revelation of the beating and forced resignation of a media executive who is trying to inform the people - God forbid - is a shocking indictment of exactly what sort of government that Americans are backing in Kiev it is not an isolated incident. There are accounts now popping up across the internet from terrified citizens in Ukraine whose lives are at risk from the same type of Svoboda swine and  hooligans and those that are far worse, I hope that more of these stories will begin to see the light of day because Americans need to know exactly what it is that their lying government is doing in their name under the phony guise of "spreading democracy".

There are right now thousands of innocent people in Ukriane who are suffering in quiet desperation today as the direct result of the Obama administration-Neocon joint venture and many of them will be beaten, ritually humiliated, raped, tortured and murdered. While the propaganda is intense here in the US their stories are slowly beginning to trickle out and if we are to ignore them we will have as much blood on our hands as that of our rogue government and their pet neo-Nazis. 

Seeking Another Bite at the Apple: Neocons Push for War in Syria

Weeks of escalating war propaganda culminated with today's appeal from the Washington Post for the Obama regime to get cracking and start another Middle Eastern war. The bellicosity emanating from the typical gaggle of blood thirsty war freaks has been ratcheted up another notch with each story of mass killings and torture (Gitmo anyone?), barrel bombs and crimes against humanity and now has reached a keening pitch as neocon chickenhawks have found Syrian leader Bashir al Assad in violation of his vow to eliminate chemical weapon stocks. The warmongers never have gotten over their sorrow that just as Obama and Secretary of Skull and Bones John Kerry were ready to rock and roll by unleashing millions of dollars of defense industry products upon Damascus that the hated Russian strongman Vladimir Putin rode in to save the day and send those crying the loudest for blood and carnage home with a bad case of blue balls. Now with the new year underway the forces of the American war machine have regrouped and are squealing for the blood of others anew.

The Washington Post editorial calling for Obama to commence the bombing relies on the same Hitlerian big lie that Assad used Sarin gas against his own people, it was a winner in selling the Shock and Awe attack and invasion on Iraq when a similar line was used against Saddam Hussein. This time though it was even better, state media networks in the Homeland obtained ghoulish video footage of the alleged victims of the gassing at Ghouta and ran them over and over again. Americans were horrified at the twitching little children in their death throes after their young lives had been snuffed out by an atrocity being the use of chemical weapons on civilians. The problem is that as successful that their war pornography was with a good amount of the populace (I lost a decades long friendship because I refused to support another fucking war) they never could pin it on Assad. The militant Islamist rebels that the U.S. along with our friends in the House of Saud were backing could very well have used the gas themselves, it certainly would behoove their cause more than it would were the Assad regime to have done it and invited upon himself international condemnation as well as a war that would have likely ended up with him dead or put on a show trial like Saddam and then hanged.

The WaPo plea for American blood and treasure to be fed into Syria drags out the he gassed his own people claim again despite this having never been proven and any idea that the Jeff Bezos era would usher in a new commitment to holding power to account and not shilling for wars can now be put to rest. I excerpt the following:

Mr. Assad’s gambit is unacceptable. The chemical weapons removal was the direct outgrowth of the use of poison gas to kill more than 1,400 people last year, including women and children. The evidence pointed directly at Mr. Assad’s forces for use of the chemical weapons. Further delay by Syria in the movement of these deadly substances to the coast will only compound Mr. Assad’s complicity in the grave crime of the original attack.

Granted that a good amount of Americans simply don't bother to read, choosing instead to have their brains slowly colonized by the electronic crackpipe and granted that Americans have the attention spans of gnats and it is after all Super Bowl Sunday but it is pretty damned blatant to peddle that bullshit again in an attempt to start a war. It is also of note that arch neocon propagandist and ideologue William Kristol of the Weekly Standard has just agreed to join ABC News which will provide the grinning little shitbag with a national forum from which to call for a renewed U.S. drive to wage war against all of Israel's enemies. The problems with the domestic media are legion but aside from the half-truths, cowardice, careerism, obfuscations, hidden agendas and false equivalencies it is a grave failure to act as a free press when guys like William Kristol are given the legitimacy that they have time and again proved that they do not deserve.

The war drums are pounding again, one could say that they never really stopped.
