Team Hillary Gripping Over Possible Joe Biden Presidential Run

The ultimate nightmare for Queen Hillary the entitled may be about to manifest itself and it could be bad news for the prospect of the restoration of the Clinton dynasty. There is some chatter now that none other than Vice President Joe Biden may be considering a run for the White House in 2016. Democrats have to be getting increasingly jittery over the prospect that Mrs. Clinton may not even make it to the nomination with the cascading series of scandals that continue to dog her. The Dems very unwisely put all of their eggs in that one rotten basket and if Hillary goes down she is going to take the entire party down with her.

The damned liberal New York Times reports on the possibility in the story “Joe Biden Said to Be Taking New Look at Presidential Run”:

Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr. and his associates have begun to actively explore a possible presidential campaign, which would upend the Democratic field and deliver a direct threat to Hillary Rodham Clinton, several people who have spoken to Mr. Biden or his closest advisers say.

Mr. Biden’s advisers have started to reach out to Democratic leaders and donors who have not yet committed to Mrs. Clinton or who have grown concerned about what they see as her increasingly visible vulnerabilities as a candidate.

The conversations, often fielded by Mr. Biden’s chief of staff, Steve Ricchetti, have taken place through hushed phone calls and quiet lunches. In most cases, they have grown out of an outpouring of sympathy for Mr. Biden since the death of his son Beau, 46, in May.

On Saturday, the New York Times columnist Maureen Dowd reported that Mr. Biden had been holding meetings at his residence, “talking to friends, family and donors about jumping in” to challenge Mrs. Clinton in Iowa and New Hampshire, the first two nominating states.

One longtime Biden supporter said the vice president had been deeply moved by his son’s desire for him to run.

“He was so close to Beau and it was so heartbreaking that, frankly, I thought initially he wouldn’t have the heart,” the supporter, Michael Thornton, a Boston lawyer, said in an interview. “But I’ve had indications that maybe he does want to — and ‘that’s what Beau would have wanted me to do.’ ”

Mr. Biden’s path, should he run, would not be easy. Mrs. Clinton has enormous support among Democrats inspired by the idea of electing a woman as president, and her campaign has already raised millions of dollars.

While it’s probably no more than just a wild hair up old Joe’s ass, the advance public relations squad has already floated the trial balloon. The meme that Biden would be fulfilling the wishes of his now tragically deceased son – not the cokehead – who implored him to do so could be the motivating factor for the Cheshire cat to do the unthinkable by crashing the Clinton coronation ball. Team Clinton is sweating the load right now as the aura of invulnerability has already been impinged upon by Bernie Sanders who has been rousing the anti-Hillary rabble but who has as much chance as Deion Sanders of mounting a serious challenge to the queen. Biden however is a different animal entirely.

While the liberal establishment spinmeisters are working overtime to bat down the rumors – they are in too deep in their push to put a woman into the White House and shatter that big glass ceiling – it would be very prudent for a party that is one Hillary indictment away from extinction to hedge it’s bets.

Democrats Break for the Lifeboats as Chuck Schumer Blasts Obamacare

As a former U.S. politician named Claude Swanson once so eloquently put it: “When the water reaches the upper decks, follow the rats”. Those “rats” are now rushing to evacuate the sinking ship of the doomed Barack Obama administration after the great Tuesday massacre of 2014. The latest example being prominent Democrat Senator Charles “Chuck” Schumer of New York who earlier this week blasted Obamacare with both barrels.

According to a story from Reuters, “Tensions flare between Senate Democrats, White House” Schumer inveighed against dear leader in a Tuesday speech at the National Press Club. The Reuters storyis the first loud crack of the blue jackass party fracturing from within. I excerpt the following:

Criticism of President Barack Obama's signature healthcare law by a top Senate Democrat this week laid bare post-election tensions that could pose challenges for the party in upcoming fights with Republicans over taxes, energy and immigration.

In a high-profile speech on Tuesday dissecting Democrats' losses in this month's midterm elections, Charles Schumer, the No. 3 Senate Democrat, listed "a cascade of issues" botched by the White House, starting with Obama's push for healthcare reforms soon after he took office in 2009.

Later on Tuesday, the White House took the unusual step of publicly pledging to veto a deal on tax breaks that Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid was trying to hammer out with Republicans in the House of Representatives.

"There is clearly a lot of unhappiness and a lot of mistrust that exists between the president and his congressional party," said Ross Baker, political scientist at Rutgers University.

Democrats will cede control of the Senate to Republicans in the New Year after heavy losses in the Nov. 4 elections that also gave the Republicans an increased majority in the House.

In some ways, Schumer's remarks were typical of the kind of "post-disaster syndrome" of finger-pointing common after election losses, Baker said.

"Typically, when a political party has suffered an electoral debacle, one of the first things they do is shoot the survivors," he said.

According to Schumer, the party lost because the White House messed up on "a cascade of issues," starting with the healthcare reform push in 2009, at a time when Americans were more preoccupied with the recession.

Also on Schumer's list of White House errors: the rollout of insurance marketplaces, fixing wait lists for veterans' hospitals, dealing with the first case of Ebola in the United States, and even security at the White House itself.

His remarks illustrated how some Democrats are trying to start to move apart and away from Obama.

The good Senator’s criticism shows the level of unease and anger among the entrenched career politicians who due to Obama’s unpopularity were stripped of their coveted committee leadership positions by voters. Shumer - as earlier comments from an aide to Harry Reid show his own boss being - is as mad as hell and ready to do anything to save his own miserable ass come 2016.

This is an ongoing problem with Democrats whose selfish focus on their own privileged positions at the expense of working Americans and a middle class that they have assisted Obama with gutting like a Thanksgiving turkey is now coming back to bite them in the ass. Blasting Obamacare is about to be inserted into every Democrat’s stump speech but they are liars, cheats and hypocrites and should not be trusted under any circumstances.  The very conception of Obamacare was an act of fornication that was a joint effort between the party and the rapacious parasites of the insurance industry. Why was it that Montana Senator Max Baucus, one of the most corrupt Democrats in recent history sat down and colluded with corporate honchos and lobbyists to hammer out the law in the first place? The fix was already in to have the Obama regime backstop the industry by forcing millions to buy crappy health insurance with the cocked and loaded gun of the state pointed at their heads. Baucus then had the temerity to blast it all as a “train wreck” when he was largely responsible for designing it. It is hypocrisy that money can't buy and it runs like a cancer through the Democratic party.

Schumer is another big phony too. He sings his sad whipsong of how a misplaced focus on health insurance reform that none other than VP Joe "Foghorn Leghorn"  Biden once called  “a big fucking deal” failed to raise the economic boats of all Americans. Shumer by the way supported Obamacare before it was exposed as toxic snake oil so he is just one more liberal flip-flopper who was for it before he was against it. Schumer is also far from a perfect messenger on issues that are economically beneficial to ordinary Americans. He is long notorious for being  a whore for Wall Street and the banksters who took down the economy with their gambling schemes as well as an enabler of the Federal Reserve. 

If you are a Republican you have to admit that watching the Dems engage in such backbiting and backstabbing is one hell of a good show. Be sure to keep plenty of popcorn on hand as it is only going to get better as the road to 2016 is embarked upon by a party hellbent at committing suicide and following Hillary Clinton off the edge of a cliff like a pack of stupid lemmings.
