Fearing a Repeat of 2008 Fiasco Team Hillary Looks to Chop Off Biden’s Balls

If you listened to the Clinton political machine back in early 2008, the queen in waiting was as invincible as the 18-0 New England Patriots who only had to beat the upstart New York Giants in the Super Bowl to make history. The heavily favored Patriots choked, going down 17-14 to a wild-card team in one of the greatest upsets ever. Just a little more than four months after the Pats collapsed, Hillary Clinton conceded the Democratic party nomination to a young hustler from Chicago named Barack Obama. It was a crushing humiliation to an anal retentive narcissist who was hellbent on making history as the first female U.S. president and haunts her to this day. Now, with the Dems having made what in hindsight appears to be a catastrophic decision to go all in on Hillary even though she would take the whole party down with her if she imploded again, history is on the verge of repeating itself.

Beset by problems of her own creation as well as her not exactly being a likeable person (translation: bitch on wheels), Hillary is going down in flames and the Hillemmings are frantically looking to lay their hands on fire extinguishers. With Vice President Joe “Foghorn Leghorn” Biden having received Emperor Obama’s blessing to challenge the Clinton crime family for the nomination, Hillary is going into full out bitch mode. It’s like that line from the Clint Eastwood western The Outlaw Josey Wales about getting “plumb mad dog mean” and Mrs. Clinton is ready to chop off old Joe’s balls with a pair of rusty garden shears before he gains any sort of momentum.

In ways both subtle and blunt, Hillary Rodham Clinton's campaign is sending a message to Vice President Joe Biden about his potential presidential campaign: This won't be easy.

While Clinton and her team speak warmly of Biden in public, they have taken steps to make clear how they've taken control of the party's establishment in hopes of discouraging the vice president from entering the race.

The latest came Friday in the most public of settings: the Democratic National Committee summer meetings. In a speech to the party's most committed activists, Clinton cast herself as its standard-bearer and vowed to win the presidential race and rebuild the party from the ground up.

"We are building something that will last long after next November," Clinton told party officials gathered in a Minneapolis ballroom. "Other candidates may be fighting for a particular ideology, but I'm fighting for you and your families."

The speech came after her team rolled out a string of high-profile endorsements in early-voting states and scheduled an onslaught of fundraisers across the country in the effort to ice a Biden bid before he even gets started.

Behind the scenes, they're pressuring donors and delegates to pledge their loyalty to Clinton. Her team sent a slate of top aides to the meeting this weekend armed with pledge cards asking party delegates to commit to Clinton.

It’s not surprising that Clinton would be exacting loyalty pledges in that she is “left” in exactly the same way that Joseph Stalin was. Bloomberg News is reporting that Team Hillary already has locked up hundreds of superdelegates in a preemptive move to squash any and all competition well in advance of next year’s primaries in the story entitled "Clinton Camp Says One-Fifth of Delegates Secured for Nomination":

As Hillary Clinton's campaign seeks to project dominance in a field that could soon include Vice President Joe Biden, her top advisers are touting a decisive edge on a little-discussed metric: superdelegate commitments.

At the Democratic National Committee meeting in Minneapolis, where Clinton spoke on Friday, senior Clinton campaign officials are claiming that she has already secured one-fifth of the pledges needed to win the Democratic presidential nomination. They come from current and former elected officials, committee officeholders, and other party dignitaries.

The campaign says that Clinton currently has about 130 superdelegates publicly backing her, but a person familiar with recent conversations in Minneapolis said that officials are telling supporters and the undecided in the last few days that private commitments increase that number to more than 440—about 20 percent of the number of delegates she would need to secure the nomination.

So as far as the Dems go it’s just fuck the debates, the caucuses and the primaries because it is already a done deal and the Clinton machine doesn’t give a rat’s ass about what the voters think - everyone owes this to her for dry-dicking her in 2008. But while Hillary and her army of supporters are manning the ramparts and boiling up industrial sized cauldrons of hot pitch, the feds are closing in on her over those mysterious State Department emails.

Reports have surfaced that the FBI may be contemplating whether to invoke the archaic World War I Espionage Act – a favorite of the Obama goon squads over at the Justice Department - against Mrs. Clinton. Barry and Hillary have never exactly been enamored of each other, especially after 2008 and in the waning days of his second damnable term he may be looking to once again piss on her parade by unleashing the attack dogs on her ass in order to put his thumb on the scale for Biden.

This shit is getting pretty fucking interesting right about now, be sure to have plenty of popcorn on hand for what is going to be one hell of a show.

St. Bernie Sanders Drops by Swanky Martha’s Vineyard to Beg for Money

It has been with bemusement and bewilderment to see many liberals lining up to back Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders as an alternative to Queen Hillary. The aging Sanders - who is a proud socialist - may be drawing big crowds now but he will be crushed by the Clinton political machine like cockroach pulverized by a jackboot when the time comes. 

I have more than a few friends who are whimsical and naïve liberals and to them old Bernie is nearly a Christ like figure but alas they are being conned - just like they were by Obama. Sanders is really nothing more than a Democrat ringer to provide the appearance that there is a choice when there really isn’t and if liberals were to take their heads out of the Kool Aid vat for long enough to take a good look around it would be clear for even them to see.

Bernie outed himself as just another political charlatan with his visit to the tony enclaves of Martha’s Vineyard to schmooze with the wealthy elite and to fundraise. As reported by the New York Times in the story “Bernie Sanders Courts Martha’s Vineyard Donors”:

Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont has risen in the polls thanks in part to his denunciations of the forces of concentrated wealth, drawing thousands of liberals to hear his jeremiads against corporate power in early nominating states and liberal hubs such as Madison, Wis.

But Mr. Sanders quietly stepped off the campaign trail this weekend to visit Martha’s Vineyard, a favorite summer destination of the country’s elite, in order to mix with representatives of some of the same interests he inveighs against in his stump speech.

Mr. Sanders attended the annual Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee fund-raiser on the Massachusetts island, a popular gathering that draws some of the most prominent business lobbyists and fund-raisers in the Democratic Party.

One prominent attendee, a supporter of Hillary Rodham Clinton’s presidential campaign, suggested Mr. Sanders’s appearance suggested he was more pragmatic than his rhetoric would let on.

“Bernie is attracting throngs and has a wave going preaching against the one percent,” said the attendee, requesting anonymity to speak candidly. “So why would he take the weekend to spend in Martha’s Vineyard with wealthy people who are donating at least $37,000 and change to the DSCC?” (That is the minimum contribution to the Senate Democrats campaign arm in order to attend the event).

The website Twitchy has a series of Tweets hitting Sanders for his pilgrimage to the hallowed land of the one percent in the post entitled “Bernie Sanders boldly declares ‘money cannot be the God of life’ while raising money on Martha’s Vineyard” which is something that any liberal idiot who actually thinks that the guy has even the chance of a showball in the foundry pits of Hades should read. I did actually drop by the orange festooned cyber-sewer Daily Kos this morning and didn't see anything about St. Bernie's trip to the Vineyard but hey, you have to keep the sheep in line until Queen Hillary is able to hone her own fake populist shtick to perfection.

Sanders’ presence at Martha’s Vineyard shows just how cynical a pack of backstabbing weasels that America’s career politicians are as well as what a bunch of chumps that liberals always will be. Listening to all of the hogwash that Bernie is the messiah who would deliver them from the clutches of capitalist evil is more pathetic than anything. It also shows a certain willful detachment from the reality that is the USA in 2015 where money is everything in politics. This is an undeniable maxim that is even true for a hypocritical old goat like Bernie Sanders.

Socialist Cadaver Bernie Sanders to Challenge Queen Hillary

With the rock solid fact that liberals are fools and suckers already established after they lined up to buy the snake oil of “hope” and “change” peddled by Barack Obama it is not exactly a reach to say that they will fall for pretty much anything. If the weepy, bleeding heart, butterflies, zebras, moonbeams and fairy tales crowd was gaga over the prospects of cigar store Indian Elizabeth Warren running for president, they are on the verge of a collective orgasm after Independent Bernie Sanders just announced his bid.

Not that you can really blame them in this case considering that the Democrats already coronated Queen Hillary years ago and that there will be no serious primary challengers in the blue jackass party. Nature abhors a vacuum and Sanders has rushed in to fill it on the so-called left but in their ecstasy over Bernie they are blinded to the possibility that they are being played for chumps yet again. Their one day splurge of donations to the Sanders campaign to the tune of $1.5 million shows their endless capacity for being scammed but as famous showman P.T. Barnum once famously remarked “there’s a sucker born every minute”.

Sanders, a crusty old independent Senator from Vermont - the land of liberal hippie ice cream tycoons Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield - has for years been a hero of liberals and progressives. He has railed against the pigs on Wall Street – Hillary’s biggest supporters – and raged against the war machine, carving out a cult like following of ardent admirers. Last week Senator Sanders made it official that he would be throwing his hat into the ring of the political circus.

The independent Vermont senator railed against the political machine — blasting "ugly 30-second ads," billionaire big-money donors and other "soap opera aspects of modern campaigns" — in a press conference kicking off his candidacy outside the Capitol on Thursday.

"I think the American people are tired of that," Sanders said.

He said he is running to thwart trade deals like the 12-country Trans-Pacific Partnership and to overhaul business tax rules so corporations operating in the United States cannot shelter their money overseas.

"Their responsibilities are not to shift jobs to China, their responsibility is not to avoid paying federal taxes," he said.

Sanders first announced his run in an email to supporters and media sent just after midnight early Thursday morning.

"After a year of travel, discussion and dialogue, I have decided to be a candidate for the Democratic nomination for president," he wrote in the email, highlighting economic inequality, climate change and the Citizens United Supreme Court decisions as key issues spurring him to run.

Sanders first confirmed to the Associated Press in a story published Wednesday that he plans to run for the Democrats' 2016 presidential nomination.

"People should not underestimate me," Sanders told The Associated Press. "I've run outside of the two-party system, defeating Democrats and Republicans, taking on big-money candidates and, you know, I think the message that has resonated in Vermont is a message that can resonate all over this country."

But it is only now that Sanders is about to hit the big time and draw the full focus of the state-corporate media which will rapidly snuff out the pipe dreams of liberals and those who live in a fantasy world – but I repeat myself – by smashing him like an annoying insect. Sanders is an avowed socialist which is going to go over with the establishment like a floating chuck of feces in a fruit bunch bowl. Obama was vilified over ginned up accusations of his extreme leftinesss but Bernie is actually a real socialist - he will be fed into the Fargo wood chipper by the corrupt media in a nanosecond. 

Obama was crucified over accusations that he was a socialist or even worse – a communism - both of which were inaccurate in that he is first and foremost a fascist whose administration has looted Americans for years to keep the big donors that profit from the Wall Street casinos happy. Sanders will immediately be torn to shreds for that alone which is going to help Hillary tremendously by allowing her to run to the right of him so that the bankster money will continue to flow to her campaign. Besides, Wall Street already understands that Hillary’s newfound populism is horseshit and they are all laughing at anyone who is stupid enough to buy into any of it.

Sanders also allows Hillary to somewhat escape from one problem that continues to dog her which is her age, something that will be ruthlessly exploited by ambitious whelps like Marco Rubio. She is 67 years old but that makes her a spring chicken next to old Bernie who is 73 and looks every minute of it. As the old wisdom always went, if you want to look thin then start hanging around with fat people and Mrs. Clinton benefits greatly vs. Sanders in image conscious America.

Some cynics would say that Bernie Sanders is simply a “ringer”, only in the race to provide the illusion that there is actual competition to Hillary on the so-called left and to provide a foil for her as she easily rolls to the 2016 nomination.  Those cynics, who are far more savvy than the average American voter would be correct as they so often are in the declining republic of Obamastan circa 2015.

Sanders has as much chance of being elected as I do. 

Another Phony: Liberal Hero Elizabeth Warren Opposes Fed Audit

Liberals and progressives are the type that come to mind when considering P.T. Barnum’s famous quote that there is "a sucker born every minute" and they never stop trying to live up to being chumps. In 2008 they bought into the Barack Obama snake oil and after having ample evidence that it was a defective product, came back to buy another batch in 2012. The O-Bots are still living in a constant state of denial about the reality that their illustrious leader is one of history’s greatest bullshit artists and are still waiting for Obama to be Obama. But he is doing exactly that and the great marketing  to sell all of that “hopey changey stuff” was always bogus which is why Advertising Age magazine named Obama as their 2008 Marketer of the Year.

The “new” Obama with the so-called left is Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren who advertises herself to be an opponent of too big to fail Wall Street gambling houses – except when she isn’t. Ms. Warren is just another phony and a Trojan Horse for the establishment designed to stick it to liberals only with a sugar coating. She has always been a devious flip-flopper, word-parser and deep cover agent for the elite and now her true nature is on full display. Warren has come out in opposition to efforts to conduct an audit on the grand temple of the moneychangers that is the Federal Reserve.

A critical question for Sen. Rand Paul’s effort to expand oversight of the Federal Reserve’s interest-rate decisions is whether he could win support from the central bank’s leftist critics in Congress.

But one of the Senate’s most prominent liberal Democrats says she’s not on board.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D., Mass.), a member of the Banking Committee and an outspoken critic of the Fed’s oversight of big banks, said she does not support Mr. Paul’s proposed legislation, which she said could have “dangerous” implications for monetary policy.

“I strongly support and continue to press for greater congressional oversight of the Fed’s regulatory and supervisory responsibilities, and I believe the Fed’s balance sheet should be regularly audited – which the law already requires,” Ms. Warren said in an emailed statement. “But I oppose the current version of this bill because it promotes congressional meddling in the Fed’s monetary policy decisions, which risks politicizing those decisions and may have dangerous implications for financial stability and the health of the global economy.”

It’s not surprising at all that another prominent Democrat turns out to be a complete fraud but liberals should have seen this coming when she exaggerated her Native American heritage back when she was worming her way into power. But they are still waiting for Obama to be Obama, the Michael Jordan of politics just studying the defense of the Detroit Pistons Bad Boys before he will explode in a whirling dervish of sheer will, breaking down the opposition and winning the championship. Or the black Spock who is playing ten dimensional chess while all of his opponents are still playing checkers. Got news for the libs, it ain’t going to happen and your puppy love crush on Elizabeth Warren is just going to break your bleeding hearts once again.

By openly throwing in with the Fed the woman has now outed herself as just one more member of the controlled opposition that protects a system gone to rot.

The Nauseating Hillary Clinton 2016 Country Western Video

Give one thing to the Hillary Clinton political machine, it is not about to make the mistake that Barack Obama did back in 2008 when he spoke of the “bitter” people who cling to their guns and religion. With that one statement, then candidate Obama immediately managed to piss off a critical demographic and he would never be forgiven by them for it. Mrs. Clinton, a woman who would sell her newborn grandchild’s soul to Satan for the chance sit upon the throne in the Oval Office is not about to make the same mistake. One of the many arms of the Clinton octopus, a super PAC called “Stand with Hillary” has released a country music video that is drawing attention for all of the wrong reasons.

As reported by the Wall Street Journal's Washington Wire in a blog entry entitled “Is it possible to build a case for a Hillary Clinton presidency in a country music video?”:

A new pro-Clinton super PAC called “Stand with Hillary” has given it a try, releasing a song Thursday that seems to target the white, male voters whom Democrats had great trouble attracting in the midterm elections last month.

In the video, the singer is a bearded young man in jeans, boots and a cowboy hat who is hankering to vote for Mrs. Clinton in the 2016 presidential election

“She’s a mother, a daughter and, through it all, she’s a loving wife,” he croons. “…And now, it’s 2016, and this time I’m a-thinking, guys, put your boots on and let’s smash this ceiling … .”

With that, he takes a sledgehammer to a sheet of glass (a symbol of the glass ceiling), having traded the cowboy hat for a hard hat.

Daniel Chavez, chairman of Stand with Hillary, says the group plans on releasing more videos in the coming months One will be aimed at young voters, another at Latino working class voters, he says. All are part of an electoral coalition that Mrs. Clinton will need to capture if she decides to enter the race.

Explaining the video, Mr. Chavez said: “This is a man encouraging other men to support the women in their lives – and their efforts to support Hillary.”

The big problem with the video - outside of the performer sucking out loud - is that it reveals that there is no depth that the Hillary Clinton propagandists won’t sink to. It really shows the level of contempt that the Clintons have for the intelligence of the average voter which while not much to brag about in most cases, is good enough to easily see through such transparently cynical horseshit like this. I probably give them too much credit but "bitter" people as Obama once described them have only one thing that is more dear and precious to their hearts than guns and God and that is racism. Once the Negro has exited the WHITE House they just may fall for Hillary's bullshit. Especially if the Republicans have no alternative outside of the gaggle of pathetic ass-clowns that they are now culling through for a candidate. 

The dude isn’t going to win any Grammy’s for it and I can hardly wait to see future videos targeting specific demographics that "Stand With Hillary" vows are forthcoming given the ridiculous hilarity of this one. It is so bad that it conjures up memories of one of the young Karl Rove's legendary dirty political tricks but the Clintons are just this slimy, it is their very nature.

Pathetic Democrats Steamrolled by Resurgent Republicans

It was a very cold morning indeed on the day of reckoning for the Democratic party and suicide hotlines across the fruited plain likely saw high volume into the wee hours of the night on Tuesday. In an electoral bloodbath as savage as a Rob Zombie slasher flick, the blue jackass party was thoroughly routed in the mid-term elections. It's not as though this was unexpected given the ominous signs of the last several months. The Dems were the recipients of voter wrath towards the miserably failed presidency of Barack Obama that now crawls on it’s mangy belly into the final two years of an eight year sentence to Hell in America. The whipping was thorough, so much so that even the most optimistic of Republicans had to be shocked as the sun came up on Wednesday.

Not only did the GOP regain control of the Senate but gained House seats and won a number of what were to be close Governor’s races. Florida’s reptillan Rick Scott beat back a challenge by flip-flopping party hopper Charlie Crist and union buster Scott Walker – who survived a recall attempt – won reelection in Wisconsin. As expected the turtle-faced wonder Mitch McConnell easily won in Kentucky and now will become Senate Majority Leader replacing the wretched Harry Reid. The ousting of Reid is truly a victory for all of America whether they know it or not as he along with Obama and the weasel queen Nancy Pelosi have become the public face of all things wrong with Democrats. A disastrous end of times for the recent party control of congress was pretty much preordained with her proclamation that "impeachment is off the table" back in 2006. Now the chickens have come home to roost but it would be more apropos if they were vultures in that the party is now a corpse.

Washington Post with “An unhappy electorate is toughest on Obama and the Democrats”:

Campaign 2014 surpassed its advance billing, as an electorate that was deeply unhappy with all its leaders handed the biggest rebuke to President Obama and the Democrats by giving Republicans control of the Senate. For Democrats, election night turned out far worse than any of them had feared.

At every turn in almost every state, the Republicans proved superior. They won nearly every competitive contest in states held by Democrats and held on to the states that had looked like they might go to the Democrats. Instead of slipping into the majority, the GOP stormed to power in the Senate.

That wasn’t all. In a year when incumbent governors in both parties were endangered, the Republicans prevailed and the Democrats did not, including in some of the bluest states in the nation.

Exit polls Tuesday portrayed an electorate that, while disgruntled, was not quite as Republican in its leaning as it was four years ago, when a tidal wave of dissatisfaction gave the GOP a historic victory. But if Democrats thought that might save them, their expectations proved groundless.

There was much weeping and gnashing of teeth on the so-called left but little to no real acknowledgement of exactly why voters have come to hate the Democrats. I have a number of progressive friends who either stayed home out of disgust with the Dems to punish Obama or went to the polls and voted for libertarians, Greens and no party affiliate candidates. I really don't expect Democratic party bosses to get it before 2016 election and they will only double-down on pushing a failed product that has fewer buyers now than ever. The preeminent Democratic party shill website Daily Kos ran live blogs on the election that became more grim as the pummeling continued. I found the image on the second to last one amusing:

Conservative website Breitbart's live-blogging of the Dem debacle is good although not quite up there in terms of pure entertainment value with the doomed liberal ones as the night wore on.

Democrats went to bed crying into their pillows last night but that is what happens when they stand for nothing and play with the fire of identity group politics - it is very easy to get burned come election day if those who you pander to don't show up. Could be that blacks, gays, Latinos and union types fully understand that the party only needs them until after the polls close and are tired of being shit on afterwards. An ominous sign for Democrats is that not even Bill Clinton could salvage their hopes when he was trotted out a few weeks ago to stump for candidates. This bodes ill for Hillary.

The Republicans, if they want to retain power and rescue America from doom will have to find some way of reaching out to these demographics for a winning coalition. Despite all that was wrong with him (and it was a lot) Ronald Reagan did and was successful. We will see whether the GOP is content to rest on their laurels after Tuesday's massacre or think beyond the next election cycle. Americans are pissed off and Obama will no longer be around to be a target for their frustrations. McConnell needs to move quickly before primary season starts and gridlock sets in anew although he may find the ambitious, fascist fanatic Ted Cruz to be a more serious thorn in the side than Obama ever was.

I detest Rachel Maddow who along with Al Franken managed to escape from the wreckage of liberal radio venture Air America to prominent positions in the establishment while those critical of Democrats as well were exiled to obscurity. 

In the past it was at times fashionable to refer to the French as “cheese-eating surrender monkeys” for their lack of enthusiasm in supporting America. Now that the magnitude of the colossal ass-beating given to Democrats by the electorate in Tuesday’s mid-terms is sinking in it is time to drag out the term anew.  This afternoon, speaking from the smoking ruins of the Democrat command center, the cheese-eater in chief delivered his surrender address. While it wasn’t exactly General Robert E. Lee giving it up at Appomattox it did have historical significance as a pathological narcissist had to formally acknowledge a crippling political defeat.

According to a story from Reuters entitled “After Republican rout, Obama tells voters: 'I hear you'”:

U.S. President Barack Obama acknowledged on Wednesday that "Republicans had a good night" with sweeping election victories in Congress and said he got a message from voters that it was his responsibility to break a Washington gridlock.

Republicans seized control of the U.S. Senate in Tuesday's election and captured their biggest majority in the House of Representatives in more than 60 years. The party also won more than half of the 36 governors' races.

"As president, I have a unique responsibility to try and make this town work," the president, a Democrat, said at a White House news conference. "So, to everyone who voted, I want you to know that I hear you."

The president, whose unpopularity made him unwelcome to many fellow Democrats running for office, plans to meet congressional leaders from both parties at the White House on Friday to take stock of the new political landscape.

On Wednesday, he spoke with Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell, who is poised to become the Senate's new majority leader, and with House of Representatives Speaker John Boehner.

"I told them both that I look forward to finishing up this Congress' business and then working together for the next two years to advance America's business," Obama said.

What this surely means is that we are all about to get the mother of all ass-fuckings. There will be serious escalations of the war on ISIS, a huge infusion of cash to the military and with the deranged Senator John McCain now wielding a big stick a very dangerous flirtation with nuclear disaster. McCain has to one of the happiest men in America now with Congress firmly under GOP control and we may even see a return to the constitution in that they will be able to declare war. Bibi will be coming soon to address his legions of perverted fanatics and meat-puppets in a joint session railing for the bombers to be sent to Tehran. Bet the mortgage money on that one. 

Now the Democrats are turning on each other like starved rats trapped in a septic tank after getting walloped and trying to shed their own culpability. According to the Washington Post, outgoing Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid’s staff is caterwauling about a lack of support from dear leader while David Axelrod went on MSNBC and called for a house cleaning. The circular firing squad is already forming but there is no honest discussion over what it is about the Democrats and Obama that Americans really hate so much. It is a deep state of denial bordering on fugue and there is no easy fixing of this hot mess in time for the next round in 2016 which the talking heads are already masturbating over.

Short of the Republicans getting drunk off of their own success and imploding – see the Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks – the Democrats have very serious problems and Hillary Rodham-Clinton is not the cure. The Clintons used to be fresh back in 1992 when they were the sign of a new generation assuming it's position atop the nation’s political establishment and were adored by millions. That however was one hell of a long time -and more scandals than Bubba can shake Mr. Wiggly at - ago.

 Today Bill and Hillary Clinton are symbols of a terminally corrupt, atrophied, insider packed political class who have zero chance at connecting with younger generations. Obama pulled it off  back in 2008 but like everything else that the prince of petulance touched it all turned to shit leaving millions of new voters up for grabs. It was a stunning reversal of fortune and inexplicable why Obama abandoned the young but who needs them when you can field a "team of rivals" that was the darling of the political elite. 

So the Republicans have a chance to own the future if they are able to actually do something positive for Americans and make an attempt to appeal to millennials and non-white demographics. Rand Paul and Jeb Bush are among those already reaching out and the party is going to have to come up with an answer to harvest those disgusted with the Democrats to win in 2016 and beyond. Given the lack of depth on the Democrat's bench as well as a their total moral bankruptcy the party may be on the way to the scrap heap of history but the GOP also has to adapt to survive in a new era. The grumpy and gullible FOX News blue-haired fatty ingrates are dying off and in a couple of more election cycles there will be millions fewer racists to rely on. The old Republicans are as much a dinosaur as the Democrats and a good night of the long knives style purge to clean them out of the party would behoove those who run it. So here we sit in a one-party America - but that is always what it has been over the past several decades, only now it's out in the open,

But today is about whining and finger-pointing and people who were right about the Democrats laughing their jolly assess off and saying “I told you so”. I sure as hell am. I remember the days when I despised the Republicans as though they were Satan incarnate but in the Obama era, after the betrayals, bank bailouts and bellicosity towards Syria and Russia they have now closed ground and are running neck and neck. Fuck the goddamned Democrats, when they are nothing but less strident neocons and Republican lite why not just abandon the whole charade entirely and stop trying to differentiate between the two. No matter how loathsome that the party is at least the Republicans stand for something. The Democrats are just a pack of Judas goats and after Tuesday's baby-seal clubbing should just surrender and fold up their tents. 

And how fitting  is it that a former hog-castrator in Joni Ernst won a Senate seat in Iowa? It is a classic metaphor for how Mr. Obama’s balls have been chopped off once and for all. If it quacks like a lame duck, it is a lame duck.

Phony Democrats Exploit Minimum Wage Hike for Cheap Political Gain

The Democrats and particularly President Barack Obama have been politicking over raising the minimum wage in a transparent attempt to attract low-income voters. While it is understood that it is difficult to exist on the meager sum provided by jobs such as Wal-Mart greeters and Whopper floppers, the opposite side of the argument is that government forced wage hikes will only result in higher prices that will be passed on to the customers. Not to appear insensitive but if working at one of America's fast food chains or an emporium of made in China products does not provide a sufficient income then find another job or join the military. Not that there are many decent jobs anymore in America since the day that rapacious corporate bosses discovered offshoring which has been like crack cocaine to them ever since. The U.S. manufacturing base has been sent packing and the only businesses that truly thrive in the USA! USA! USA! are in financial chicanery, surveillance and the police state. 

Having found a winning issue look for more Democrat demagoguery over the minimum wage. It is a nice mix along with their bogus identity politics issues, the sudden interest in domestic violence now that two big name NFL players have been outed as wife and child beaters. There have already been strikes by fast food workers in several U.S. cities to demand higher wages but it is just more of the same false hope and chump change that Obama has been peddling to the suckers since he slithered into office on a carpet of lies. It isn't like the Democrats have actually done one damned thing to address the major problems of offshoring jobs and allowing Wall Street banksters to loot with impunity and as the late George Carlin so eloquently put it in his classic rant "The American Dream":

The table is tilted folks.  The game is rigged.  And nobody seems to notice.  Nobody seems to care.  Good, honest, hard working people. Blue collar, white collar, doesn't matter what color shirt you have on.  Good honest hard working people continue... these are people of modest means... continue to elect these rich cocksuckers who don't give a fuck about them.  They don't give a fuck about you.  They don't give a fuck about you.  They don't care about you.  At all.  At all.  At all.  And nobody seems to notice.  And nobody seems to care

Now the backlash is beginning as it inevitably would. Fast food and chain restaurants are beginning the process of going to automated systems which will eventually render the concept of a $15 per hour burger flipper obsolete and silly. Per a story that appeared in the Washington Post entitled "McDonald’s fresh hope to turn around slumping sales: Ordering burgers from a machine":

Battling the worst sales slump in a decade and competition from build-your-own upstarts like Chipotle and Smashburger, McDonald’s is expanding a test concept built around ordering via tablet. Just tap on a screen and watch as your burger’s toppings (and calories) pile on, then wait for an employee to bring it over. No human interaction necessary.

McDonald’s move towards dehumanization, launched as a pilot last winter and expanded across San Diego last week, is part of a larger trend of chain eateries turning tablets into your full-time restaurant buddy: equal parts menu, server and paycheck. Applebee’s, Panera Bread and even airport bars have installed tablets to allow diners to order food or booze without a wait.

Chili’s became the U.S. king of human-less ordering this summer when it installed more than 45,000 tabletop tablets nationwide. Marketing executives said the tablets can speed up service and operate like table-side billboards, encouraging impulse orders of appetizers and desserts. A spokesperson for Ziosk, which made the tablets, said guests who used them spent more money, finished quicker and paid better tips.  (The future, as one professor predicts: “Robot baristas, robot Realtors and robot sales agents.”)

While the WAPO story specifically speaks of customers being able to place their own orders (no more getting the wrong food at the drive-thru) a more seismic shift is coming. Michael Krieger of the Liberty Blitzkrieg blog recently wrote of the next iteration of the dehumanizing of fast food jobs. The piece which is entitled “360 Burgers per Hour” – Meet the Burger Flipping Robot that Could Change Fast Food Forever":

The main reason is that if employers are forced to pay these employee more, the employers in this industry are likely to move as quickly as possibly to fast-food preparing robots. This isn’t just some pie in the sky fantasy either, there’s a company called Momentum Machines that has already assembled a product that can make a burger in 10 seconds, or 360 burgers per hour.

Equally important, the entire argument of raising the minimum wage cannot be had without discussing the impact of technology. As I and many others have highlighted over the past several years, one of the most troubled segments of the U.S. economy consists of fast food workers. They simply cannot survive on the wages being paid to them by employers and need food stamps, disability and second jobs merely to make ends meet. In theory, raising the minimum wage will help these folks the most, but will it really? I think not.

As the saying goes, "be careful of what you ask for, you just may get it" and Democrat's sudden concern for a working class that they shanked in the back decades ago is nothing more than political pandering. Big businesses are rapidly adapting to implement new technology in order to eliminate the positions altogether. There are self-service checkout stands appearing in stores across the nation now. My local Wal-Mart neighborhood grocery store has them and they are great. It saves time and the upside to having to bag your own groceries is that no dumb ass is putting the potatoes in the same bag with the bread. The Wal-Mart greeters will likely be the next to be jettisoned, they are annoying and only are really needed on Black Friday to hold back the amped-up mobs of shoppers looking to score the door buster items.

Once again another great Obama idea goes up like a flaming bag of dog shit and the ones who get screwed in the end are the suckers who bought into it. But there will be plenty of jobs soon enough with the brilliant idea of funneling more arms to the Syrian rebels which will quickly end up in the hands of ISIS. The future of America is war and as such there is no greater big government employment program than bringing back the draft to provide those displaced fast food workers with new gigs.
